Jayne Collins Casting have once again called for singers interested in taking part in the Eurovision Song Contest in 2010.

 

The BBC have not revealed any more details on the format, but the casting company have said that the songwriter this year will be exciting news for pop fans :w00t:

After submitting an application to the EBU in case they could take part, Andorra have decided that they will withdraw.

They won't win. Unless they manage to get a worldwide superstar to represent them.

Can you think with anyone world famous with an Andorran connection? Last year's girl from 90s scandipop act was about as good as they get I think :(

I know that a couple of juries didn't give him any, but with the 50/50 system, everyone gave him at least 2pts. [Except Norway, of course]

Oh, there go my hopes of having Maria Haukaas Storeng and Mira Craig reprise Loose Lingerie and host the ESC :snif:

and mine :cry: they NEED to duet in MGP but I fear they're entering separately :(

I found the Finnish online selection quite weak, but at least two of the three songs that went through are really good.

 

It won't be long before two same-sex presenters...haven't we had three presenters before, and this year we had different presenters for the semi-final's and final. And the EBU are changing a lot of stuff...50/50, lines open longer
