Ok I found an address that is part of Sony BMG and Anastacia was listed there, so lets hope we get a reply

in one or other way they will have to some day ;).

I've been in touch with them since 2001, if they take us seriously yes they do but they have a different prospective, see things from different angles, we have to be patient and try to pursue answers.
