I personally don't like Radio1, I find all you hear is the same old Indie $h!t, over and over and over and over, and that bores me. -_-

But they play stuff like Nelly Furtardo, Pussycat Dolls and Black Eyed Peas often enough... <_<

Whether they play Shakira or not should be depending on whether it's great record or not, and as HDL clearly is that should be a no brainer. They don't have anyone that can make even those simple decision. It's not always a simple task to be honest. So they make bland rules like chosing British music over foreign. Such a rule just shows there inability to make good decisions and alienates the audience.

 

That means R1 thinks Shakira is rubbish.

Yet most rubbish comes from the US and also with acts like Westlife and Mc$h!te.

Now they're the real rubbish.

 

Radio 1 is ****ing c**p, so I couldn't care less...

There is a reason why Shakira and Anastacia aren't playlisted :lol: I like the playlist as it's DIVERSE and so they cater for a lot of different audiences unlike most other stations and the only problem they have is some of the DJs, Jo Whiley, Steve Lamacq and Colin Murray are among the best imo meanwhile they need to get rid of Scott Mills and JK and Joel. <_<
