A night of very special performances as the biggest names in music celebrate the Carpenters.

 

With their own unique interpretations of Richard and Karen’s biggest hits are The Feeling, Jamie Cullum, The Saturdays, The Noisettes and many more.

 

Was recorded last week, hosted by Ronan Keating and Amanda Holden. While Bev isn't listed there, she's definitely on it performing "We've Only Just Begun". (below) Not sure what date it's being shown, but it'll be on ITV1 at some point in the next few weeks I'd assume.

 

 

I think she's got one of their best songs, should be a great cover. :wub:

I went to the recording of this last Friday. Beverly did a great performance along with a full choir. The show will be shown on the 18th of November. Its hard to believe what can happen in a week. Friday night Ronan was laughing and joking with Amanda and the rest of the acts including Beverly, and the next day his whole world changed. I don't know whether you know but Beverly was good friends with Stephen Gately and she attended his funeral yesterday. :(

I know, it's so sad! :( I've seen some of her comments on Twitter about him, she's had a week of ups and downs it seems. From recording this and the video for "In Your Shoes" to the passing of Stephen and she's fairly close to Gary Barlow, who lost his father. :(
