Andra Chansen really is wide open actually :o I'm coming round to the fact that Alcazar will be this year's BWO (:snif:) and lose out to either Neo or Kalle & Orsa for the final place...Human Frontier does sound incredibly like a finalist...it's unfortunate that Pain of Salvation and Pernilla are against each other in the first duel as I'm sure they'd be more popular than Pauline and Crucified Barbara...whoever wins between PoS and Pernilla will go to Globen for sure I think.

just hope Alcazar will go to Globen!

Road Salt isn't on iTunes yet...not a good show for Andreas Johnson really, I can't see him finishing anywhere other than last in the final :drama: Darin's song has grown on me HUGELY, it's easily the biggest grower of this year and I wouldn't be unhappy if it won. Obviously Salem vs. Timoteij is preferable though :P

Seriously, Anna Bergendahl's song has grown on me a lot and I would be happy if it won. <3

I still think it's meh. Unless Alcazar go through tomorrow I'm all about the 'Teij :wub:

I like/love all of the finalists, and most of the Andra Chansen songs too apart from Crucified Barbara. Kalle and Orsa and Pauline are tolerable but not really acts I'd look forward to seeing. Pernilla/PoS and Neo/Alcazar til Globen please :D

 

Last year I LOVED Alcazar, Caroline, Malena, E.M.D., Mans, Agnes and Emilia, really liked Sarah Dawn Finer, quite liked Molly (whose song has grown over time) but I was never wild about H.E.A.T and Sofia.

 

I would rank the finalists from best to worst like this at this moment in time;

 

1. Salem Al Fakir

2. Timoteij

3. Darin

4. Ola

5. Andreas Johnson

6. Anna Bergendahl

7. Eric Saade

8. Peter Joback

 

I fully expect Anna to get as high as 3rd here, it's still growing :D Darin's song is a massive grower, I was completely indifferent to it at first :o Peter Joback's song is still good but I hope he doesn't win by name alone, and I can't see him having any chance of doing so to be honest...

Tomorrow I'd really like to see Pernilla and Alcazar qualify. Then it will have shades of a proper MelFest final :D

 

I suppose Neo stands a pretty good chance of beating Alcazar so I wouldn't mind him making it, and if we're judging by song alone and nothing else, I probably prefer Human Frontier to Headlines.

 

As for Pernilla's half, if she doesn't make it my second choice would be Pauline, and she seems to stand a fair chance. If you'd asked me 3 weeks ago about Pain of Salvation, I'd have quite liked them to get to the final, but knowing what we know now, I really really hope they don't make it as that would mean half of the finalists would be male ballads.

I choose to ignore them, but no doubt at some stage I'll listen to it and it'll hit me again, at which point it will go plummeting down the list!
