Yes Salem did win the heat. However I'm sure the fact Ola had another round of voting and his song was seen again should have evened things up a bit. The Snalla Snalla / Yes Man theory should come into play.

it's a huge shock for me - I expected to hate it but it's really quite simple and gorgeous - I was expecting it to launch into a full blown rock song towards the end but it never happened - not an entirely bad thing though, makes it very individual

on a separate note, if A Place To Stay was given to Kylie/Sophie Ellis-Bextor/Rachel Stevens etc...it could be incredibly good - I absolutely love the music, but Jenny's chesty voice didn't really suit the song
