Really?! I love her but her vocal was really quite flat for a great portion of the song... I also found it highly hypocritical of the judges not to bemoan her styling (she looked like she was about thirty-five) when they're always on about Rachel supposedly being styled too old.

What a show!

Overall - Lucie was outstanding tonight. She's not particualry one of my faves but she was best of the night. Miss Frank MUCH better then last week; I really Gazella's rap aswell and Rachel and Joe continue to impress me. I really do like Stacey Solomon but I thought she hit a couple of bum notes. There is NO chance of her going though. Jamie is meh, I like him but I don't. Olly is good to look at but that's all. I don't think's he particuarly entertaining and he's all performance's scream cabaret to me. John and Edward vocally gave a better performance then Lloyd tonight.

It really wasn't 100% perfect. The big "stay" note went flat three times, no idea why they chose to replay that bit in the recap.

 

My favourites tonights were Miss Frank (Graziella is a really special talent and I think their chemistry was more evident than ever tonight), Rachel (she's always good but she absolutely nailed that, and I think she'd had a bit of Stacey's happy juice...) and Lucie, who was my overall favourite; her vocal was 100% perfect. Stunning performance.

 

agree 100%, Lucie was just phenomenal...as was Rachel. Miss Frank - yep, they're easily as good as 90% of the girlbands gracing the charts right now.

1. Lucie - She was effortless at times and definitely was the performance of the night/series.

2. Danyl - love him and his mouth is huge.

3. Rachel - her best performance ever.

4. Stacey - Nice but wasn't her best, she looked beautiful.

5. Olly - Brilliant performance but just out classed by the above 4.

6. Jamie - Surprisingly liked him this week.

7. Joe - Wasn't a good song for him.

8. Lloyd - he was so good at parts but the rest let him down, the only reason he isn't in the bottom 2 is because of the flip.

9. Miss Frank - just don't enjoy them whatsoever.

10. J&E - they are entertaining if you call being awkward watching them entertaining.

 

Also did anyone else notice that in Rachels VT bit just before her performance there is a bit of Danyl in there (one of the silhouette nits), i swear it's him as it's one of the poses he does.

The gap shows difference in quality really. Anyway, Dannii definetly has the best category, tonight proved it.

I've given up on John & Edward completely, the next time they come on let's all wear hula skirts and dance around the room shaking maracas. :D

My usual ratings, a REALLY good week this week:

 

Miss Frank = WOW! A complete surprise, really enjoyed this. Completley gelled as a group, the rap was immense and this is the sort of thing they should be doing. Brilliant.

Lucie = Well I dislike her as a person, but my god that was a flawless vocal. Amazing.

Stacey = :wub: Maybe i'm being a bit bias because I love her personality so much but in the second half of the song especially, quite brilliant.

Jamie = This guy is becoming a pleasure to watch, a great performance but I agree not big band at all.

Rachel = :wub: YAY for Rachel finally coming out of her shell and performing confidently and really well. REALLY hope she sails through this week, she deserves it.

Joe = Another great performance from this geordie little surprise.

Olly = He really does remind me of Robbie, his vocal is good but not amazing but his performance nearly always makes up for it.

Danyl = UGH. I hate him. VILE. And yet another song where he can hit a big note at the end :rolleyes:

John & Edward = OK so in a great week we end on a bit of a low note :kink: But at least theyre entertaining :kink:

Lloyd = UGH UGH UGH UGH PUNCH HIM. Bloody flat, awful vocal and the backflip was completley pointless :/
