They are both by The Runways so it's not plagiarism. They also re-used the beat from Battlefield for Overcome.

But i havent read anywhere that it samples Anytime... If something is not credited surely it can be claimed against?

Well no since its copyrighted under the RCA name...

I don't think they even sound THAT similar except in the chorus though!! So no, i don't think it is plagiarism, if anything it smacks of unoriginality on the writers/producers part to produce so many songs with similar structures/production imo
