It's really open, and that bother me a little :(

Last year it was Tone or Alexander

Don't worry about it. The fact that it's an open competition is perfectly alright when all the songs are as good as they are.

It was for me, and there wasn't this big gap between the odds for Alexander and Tone

It's KoK that scares me :kink:

I'm gonna kill myself if they win, or move to Sweden

I'm not overly fussed on it, but I wouldn't mind if they won...it would make people go "Oh...wasn't expecting that!"

Didn't realize that DMGP finishes after MGP. I can watch MGP all the way through, then switch over to see the result of DMGP, then switch again to see the result of SS :)

I'd LOVE A1 to win, I'd also be very happy with Venke or Bjorn, and I'd be happy enough with Didrik or Maria H-S. I'd be disappointed with Alexander or Maria A, and I'd try to bomb Norway if KoK win.

Venke has now over-taken Bjorn as my 2nd choice of winner :)

And even on final night last year, I was still hoping that Tone could pull off a miracle

I wasn't fussed, Butterflies and Fairytale were always equally good to me and much better than anything else in the competition, but I knew that Alexander had a HUGE chance of winning ESC whereas Tone had no chance, hence I was rooting for Fairytale!

I want it like that, but switch around Didrik & Venke.

I suppose there's good and bad points to the end of MGP for another year.

BAD: MGP is great, it will be sad to think we've got to wait another year before MGP 2011

GOOD: It should be the last we see of that Ian Wright :P

I kinda find Ian Wright entertainig :kink:

My slogan for today is: STEM 1 TIL 26600!!!!

Ian Wright? is this the name of this annoying English guy they keep putting on?

The only reason I like his part is because I can fully understand it, with it being in English.

And if he thinks the formula is a multi-week contest with about 20 different songs, and he manages to convince the BBC to change the UK format to something like MGP, that would be great, but I doubt that will happen.

BBC could do far worse than copy this sort of format! knowing the British public, some sort of joke song would always win though :(

Pizza is soon finish, I got the alcohol, big screen is ready, I have saved 1 to 26600, everything is ready for MGP FINAL :w00t:

BTW: I really hate when Alexander Stenerud is singing "homework" in 'Give it to Me'

got all three running at once! Alexander Rybak on MGP at the moment!
LOVING the Superfinal! A1 FTW :cheer:
I've got no picture but I can hear it and I get the feeling that Didrik is running away with it
Yup :( Hoping at this point he gets disqualified by plagarism, and then A1 can go :kink:

Didrik's just won it by a huge margin! no real surprise and he definitely deserves it - I thought his performance tonight was fantastic and I absolutely love the song

not as much as A1, but it's still absolutely brilliant and could do incredibly well at ESC - decent choice, hope it doesn't flop like Frederik Kempe's Swedish songs :kink:
