November 8, 200915 yr Lloyd and Jamie should have been bottom 2! The worst 2 yesterday, by far! Jamie and Danyl for bottom 2 next week. (I'd LOVE for it to be Lloyd, but I don't see it happening until it's just the public votes now :() Also people are moaning, Simon took it to deadlock, so obviously the least popular of the two went. Although I don't agree that the right one went, it was the publics vote in the end and had this series just gone on public votes, Lucie would have gone (evidently) Its not so much Lucie going. If the public didn't vote for her and Dermot just announced she was leaving we'd be fine with it. I'd still be upset as she was my favourite but I wouldn't be angry so much. Its that they have a big drama, make both acts sing again and then not make a decision on the now pointless performances the two acts have put in. What was the point of Lucie and even Jedward going through all that effort if it counts for nothing? (remember the sing off happens after voting is closed. So it has been rendered pointless for 4/5 weeks.)
November 8, 200915 yr It is a serious competition You need help if your this much of a dick all the time  I'll try being nicer, if you try being smarter.
November 8, 200915 yr i think dannii should have quit as protest. if i was her or even cheryl i would have threatened to quit if he saved them. simon cowell is a twat. lucie was phenominal. i dnt agree with the lloyd hatred. he did well last nyt. jamie and stacey were poor
November 8, 200915 yr Oh, I agree, I've never found them entertaining and they've always been towards the bottom of my rankings. It's just yesterday, whether they were being serious or not, the comments for them on here were much more positive. I was wondering if people were being serious about liking them. Clearly not. Whether they've been entertaining or not (and I think they have been ... as for years now this show has been sh/te anyway) I'd like to see anyone try to sing / perform anything decently when at least 30% of the audience is booing you. And as this show is a total stitch-up ... I wouldn't be surprised if that 30% of the audience had been instructed or even paid to boo. Onward and upward Jedward ... you guys could be the saviours of music by damning this sh/te show to hell where it belongs! Norma
November 8, 200915 yr It would be bad for Dannii to quit now, with Stacey still in. i bet the thought crossed her mind though.
November 8, 200915 yr It would be bad for Dannii to quit now, with Stacey still in. i bet the thought crossed her mind though. i agree but this is simply shocking. after stacey goes i would quit. if cheryl had said "save them and i am off" he would have gone another way
November 8, 200915 yr i agree but this is simply shocking. after stacey goes i would quit. if cheryl had said "save them and i am off" he would have gone another way Unfortunately, however, like most of us who suspected to possibility, Cheryl didn't think Simon would sink this low.
November 8, 200915 yr Louis lets the audience know how he feels :o http://i37.tinypic.com/14ndbwk.jpg
November 8, 200915 yr Oh yes, I saw that. Will there be complaints over it? I still can't get over Reggie saying sh!tloads on the chart show today!
November 8, 200915 yr I did have a soft spot for Lucie, but I find Jedward too adorable. ): Hmm. f***ing 'llow the result tonight, what's more criminal is how butterz Dannii looked. Oh dearrr.
November 8, 200915 yr Im actually pleased JEdward are top 7. Lets have some fun this saturday night. ^_^
November 9, 200915 yr  You need help if your taking the X Factor seriously. and you need English lessons - you're has an 'e' and an apostrophe...ahem.
November 9, 200915 yr The thing that bugs me is this..... the judges make it perfectly CLEAR.... the final decision isn't based on the song the night before - it's based on the song they sing in the SING-OFF. So surely, in this case, the public vote is completely null and void - because voting has already closed by the time the acts sing the sing-off???? The opinion of the public, in the Sunday sing-off...well, the bottom 2 were voted there on the PREVIOUS performance. I've had several texts tonight from people who watch the show... who won't ever be watching it again. So I'm obviously not alone. Could XFactor, after this series, suffer the same fate as Big Brother? A hugely popular and successful show.... that the public eventually saw right through and grew bored of? Because I, for one, am completely bored of this current series now.

Because I, for one, am completely bored of this current series now. No way. BB at its prime got 5-6m viewers, I dare say by the end of the series X factor will TRIPPLE that. Let's be honest, a lot of people have said they'll never watch the show again over protest - yet I bet next week, they're in the thread discussing the performances. Of course it was an injustice. I love John & Edward, and I was pretty fond of Lucie as well, but she was never going to really win. Especially since she was in the bottom two. It's a shame to lose her as she was a good singer, but that's life. Next week i'm sure the ratings will be pretty high after all the media attention there will be for this week. It's of course quite clear that Simon likes John & Edward, as they are a massive ratings puller. This years contest is pretty $h!t to be honest. None of the contestants really stand out, and I can't see any of them being massive in the same way Leona, JLS and Alexandra is. Let's just see though. Olly has got a great shout imo, even though i'm not overly keen on him. So to sum it up yes its an injustice, but you can bet your dogs bottom dolla the show will not suffer because of it. Instead we'll just all be talking about it until next week...
November 9, 200915 yr I knew BJ would react this way, lol. Go Jedward! Lucy had the personality of a brick, and doesn't have a voice as good as Leona to get away with it (plus her mimmicking of Stacey last night was CRINGE). As much as I like him, I expected Jamie to go out :o shows that Simon has the strongest group, considering all three of his acts are still in. He'll have to lose one next week though, surely? November 9, 200915 yr Danni screwed Lucie over too, wtf did she give her that song for ? that is a young teen song and those types are voting for Lloyd and Joe and John and Edward, Danni put her in a overcrowded market Now let's all blame Dannii.
November 9, 200915 yr Now let's all blame Dannii. Well its true She sang a teen movie song, a song that probably no one over 15 has in their Itunes collection, the teens are already voting big time for Jedward, especially Lloyd and also Joe so she was entering a market where the vote would be heavily split She got a lot of older votes last week because she did a GNR song amazingly, she got a lot of older votes wth My Funny Valentine so what was the sense of Danni throwing her into the teenage lions den ? it cost her a lot of votes as she was only going to get votes off Lloyd/Jedward/Joe fans and underestimated the loyalty to those by the teens
November 9, 200915 yr I would stop watching, but none of my housemates will so my protest would have no effect on the ratings whatsoever. I won't be backing anyone, however.
