The album drops to #15 this week in the charts with sales of around 12/13k or so, bringing the total to just under 835,000 copies. YKM drops to 63, it's total will now have passed 232,000 making it his best selling second single ever, apart from No Regrets :o

great, hope it will hit 1 million soon...

Oooooh. Tantalisingly close to the million mark.

Another 20 years sales should do it :w00t:

so worldwide sales: he up to 1,650,000 copies shipped according to various certifications from europe only the album has shipped 2,5 million copies worldwide.
Is that Europe figure correct? It seems a bit low if he's over 900,000 in the UK alone

The European certificate fig is certificates per country added up, many of the certs are from when the album came out so are likely out of date. If you add up certs for any album per country it always comes much lower than the actual overall shipent. The album has shipped near 1m in the UK alone, and at least between 400,000-600,000 in Germany. So it is fair to say around 1.5m between the UK and Germany alone. Overall I think it is highly likely it has passed 2m in Europe and will be awarded 2xplat shortly. Global sales were at least 2.3m as of the end of last year afterall, so it has easily done at least 2.5m globally.

I didnt think we woudl get this this year considering it is now late July

Glad to see RKTVS almost making the top 20 despite only being out a month and a half. Obviously he, along with everyone would higher (16th) if it wasnt for all the MJ albums due to his death. And of course those silly Twlilight soundtracks which are not even proper albums  Madge sold 2.4M and is a place behind Rob so as we already knew RKTVS was on 2.5M as of the end of last year. Let's hope someone on ukmix is able to estimate all albums shortly.
