2009 has been a weird year for films.. From the effortless remakes such as Friday The 13th and Halloween 2 to the empty but hopeful rumours of a Friends Movie. But yet we still go to the cinema to enjoy the best of films and even the worst. Well... Some of us do. Anyway, its time on BuzzJack to celebrate the good and the bad in the first ever BuzzJack Film Awards! In this thread, me and Scott (GRIMLY) ask you to send in your nominations for the two films who you think deserve to be the winner in the deservant category. The four films in the category with the most amount of votes will then become finalists and on December 4th, when we reveal the list, you will be able to vote for the one film in each category who you feel deserves to win. Please keep the nominations sensible and the film must have been released in the UK during 2009. So, the film "Let The Right One In" was released in the US in 2008 but was released in the UK in 2009 so that would be allowed.

Best Film (overall)

Best British Film

Best Foreign Language Film

Best Actor (2009)

Best Actress (2009)

Best Director

The "Golden Shower" Award for Worst Film of 2009

We dont have genre specific categories. But you do get two nominations each so if you want nominate one as Best Film then go for it.
