Brilliant sales again for them and the album is now platnum and sales of around 320,000 and possibly 80,000 this coming week aswell, this album has the potential to eventually sell 500,000.

I was just looking at the top 50 albums of year sales wise and it is highly likely now that take that will make the top 50 twicw, the circus should be top 20 and the greatest live should make the top 40 and possibly a little higher which is brilliant.

Wow i love that review especially when he called the circus al;bum a masterpiece which i agree with, and its by far there best album ever.
Mixed feeling about the review, as long as the only person getting the prasie for songwriting is Gary. That will put me off someday to support Take That.

Iris ... read on the whole article and you'll see it isn't all praise for Gary.

Well, i read it. BUt do you know that i think that the only chance for Mark is as a songwriter, so if he gets no recognition for that is not good for him... (and also not good for me as i want badly to hear some new music )

I like that Jason gets some recognition for his song lead. I am not always keen on his voice, especially live, but on Abbey Road was excelent. Also his Wooden Boat on the Circus tour was miles better from BW tour.

The Circus DVD

Fourth week at number 1 in the music dvd chart (so they have a Christmas DVD number one again). Plus ... in the main DVD chart - it has gone up to number 7 and is the only music dvd in that chart.

I got The Circus Live on Blu Ray for Christmas. I absolutely loved every second of it! They sure know how to put on a show!

Was it a present to yourself or did someone surprise you Renee?

It was a surprise from my husband. I was in complete shock when I opened it! Made for a great Christmas.

And what a shame that Take That will be denied their last chance at one more Brit Award! The Brits panel has dropped the 'Best Live Act' category from the awards this year. As we know that this was the ONLY chance the lads had (as the panel themselves will NEVER award them anything) I can only see it as a convenient way of them ensuring that Take That don't 'lower the tone' of this prestigious event. Well if they ask the lads to appear by presenting Rob with his award ... I hope G, H, J and M tell them to take a flying f*ck!

Its a disgrace and i mean a disgrace that a panel of music industry so called experts decide to drop the best live act form the categories, been able to play live in my book is the most important thing about music, the brit awards in general have amazed me many times in a bad way and dropping this just adds to that for me. I dont even mean that as in take that have less chances of winning future awards i mean it in a general way, how on earth they an say they are the most important UK music awards and not have the live category is nothing but crazy to me.

Apparently they've explained that they've had to remove a category to make way for the special '30th Anniversary' edition and have said that the category will return in 2011. Well bloody great! Take That aren't touring until 2012 at the earliest (if they tour again). I'm not saying that they were guaranteed to win it - Muse were always going to be strong competition - but it was their last chance to win a Brit (as they'll never win one that isn't viewer voted).

This whole 30th Anniversay show has been designed around Robbie Williams. Even the new category they've brought in 'Best Brit Performance in 30 Years' is weighted in his favour. I hope if the lads turn up to the awards they just drink the bar dry and then p*** off!
