They prob wont show up as they arent big into just showing up for just parties, but if its a 39th anniversray celebration take that have to be mentioned somewhere.

They'll have to show up though ... as if they don't ... the press will accuse them of 'snubbing' Robbie. No ... sadly ... they'll be there ... and I wouldn't be surprised if they're talked into presenting Rob with his award ... so he can show them who's boss! If they do do that ... then I am officially a non-Take That fan! And the only place you'll see me on BJ is in the Arctic Monkeys or Coldplay forum!

I can see the brit academy trying to do that but i hope they dont and i dont think they will, well here is hoping anyhow.

Do you reckon that The Circus DVD could equal Beautiful World's of ten weeks at number 1? Must admit ... it is looking a distinct possibility!

The Sun has picked up on the dropping of the 'live act' category and given the nominations for the category to replace it ... 'most memorable Brit performance of the 30 years'.

Well I'm voting for the Michael Jackson / Jarvis Cocker collaboration of Earth Song - it just HAS to win!

If they'd have had their Patience performance in - it would have got my vote but I hate the Beatles Medleys! And I'm sure I'm not alone!

As long as Take That's Beatles Medley doesn't win ... I'll be happy. Can you just imagine the cheesey press pictures the next day with all five together ... it would make me puke! What the hell am I talking about ... I won't even be watching the show that night!

I have a sneaky feeling that either The Spice Girls or Robbie Williams' duet with Tom Jones will win. This is Rob's year at the Brits. In fact ... every Brits that he's been nominated in has been 'all about Rob' ... even in 2007 ... when he didn't win ... it ended up being all about 'poor, poor Rob'.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Who needs a Brit to prove you're the best live act when you have sales like those? And by now it must be well over 600,000 sales! It'll be a long, long, long time before another music act gets anywhere near those sales! Most won't even make half of it!

Thanks Iris!

Those sales are bloody brilliant and it will take some going for anayone to beat them, im sure most music dvds only sell a 10th of they have managed so far.

The dvd was the biggest selling music dvd(offically) in Ireland for 2009 whih is brilliant aswell.

I don't think anyone will come close to those sales again. I'd say, apart from musical films on dvd - like Sound of Music, Grease, etc ... The Circus Tour DVD is the biggest selling music dvd EVER.

YA i have to agree, and i was jus tthinking between the live cd and dvd of the concert between them have managed well over 1 million sales, the tour grossed alot of money for the band and the addition of the cd and dvd release will have helped them make even more money from it.

I meant to comment earlier on the dvd i know i have said i loved it and the family adored it, but i meant to add i absolutly love all night of the circus album and enjoyed seeing many of its live performances but on the dvd i felt it didnt come accross aswell as i usually enjoy, dont get me wrong i still enjoyed watching up all night but it was something i would say was a slight disapointment comparing to others, hold up a light came accross absolutly brilliant it really brought the song to another level.

Pete I agree about Up All Night ... I found it slightly disappointing on the DVD (also when I went to see them) - and yet I love the song (it was my favourite on the original album) and I love the 'acoustic' Abbey Road version.

Hold Up A Light is fantastic ... as is Never Forget and RMF. I'm a bit bored of Patience right now though! And my favourite of the whole thing was the clown interlude ... from the intro with 'What Is Love' through the clown medley through to the ending with 'Said It All' ... the highlight of the night for me ... Mark has never sounded so 'angst-ridden' and it is definitely his best vocal!

The stand outs for me were relight my fire, hold up a light, never forget, shine and rule the world, but i haveto say pary really impressed me aswell. The clown interlude was indeed brilliant but the whole set was. Im glad im not the only one who thought that about what i usually sau the brilliant up all night, as a song i still adore it but not this particular performance. I have to say aswell the vocals by all 4 lads were excellent and jason surprised me a but to i have to say.

Yeah!

7th week at number 1 in the music dvd chart! I did think that George Michael would be a new entry at number 1 ... but he only entered at number 7 with his Live In London dvd! Looks like TT's biggest competition was from Michael Jackson who rose 5 places to number 3. I'm pretty sure George Michael's sales will have been great as it was a new release with 'extras' so Take That must have had another pretty fabulous week's sales. Wouldn't be surprised if it went past 700K pretty soon.
