Does anyone besides me watch this? A comedy shown on BBC2, Fridays at 9.30 about two effeminate teenage boys from Reading dreaming of living the high life in London. The first series was set in 1997, this one in 1998, last nights episode focused on the Eurovision 1998 when it was held in Birmingham, and had a guest appearance from the winner Dana International! Really excellent show, and a soundtrack that takes me right back...All Saints - Bootie Call, 5ive - When The Lights Go Out and Imaani's Where Are You were played last night in the show

I love it! All the 90's references are putting a massive cheesy smile on my face
Damn! When did this start? I really liked the last series but didn't realise it was back!
I haven't been watching this, but I saw the Dana International clip today... f***ing hilarious

watch it Tom, you won't regret it

have ordered the first series on DVD from Amazon for £5.99 (even though I saw all of the episodes already!) great show

I loved the episode about him wanting a Victoria Beckham doll. I can sort of relate to that

I got the soundtrack for £3 in the Zavvi closing down sale at the start of the year (r.i.p. :snif:)

it has Gina G on it so I figured it must be good :kink: and Kylie and Dannii covering The Winner Takes It All :o

And hits from All Saints and Spice Girls and not forgetting the cover of Jolene from Sophie Ellis-Bextor  I hope a 2nd soundtrack gets made - Cher, B*Witched and Five can be on it :w00t:

got the DVD today, I think I must have missed the pilot because I don't remember seeing it before...I'm sure I would have remembered it as it has Katrina & The Waves - Love Shine A Light in it!

along with Gina G in the first series and now Imaani in last week's episode...the next series will surely have Precious - Say It Again

LOL!

Finally caught up with this series so far, falling in love with it again. Love the mum, the Enya impersonator/insults and the hairdresser. The Dana International appearance at the end seemed so random.

I can't help but wonder what happened to Kylie (is that how to spell it?), I don't think we've seen him in the present day episodes yet. I hope we don't find out he died in a future episode. :(

LOL!

it must have been fairly popular for them to bring it back for a second series so really hoping they pick it up for a third series too :D 1999 would be immense - 1997-1999 was a great time period for me

You should do a post on your blog on these forgotten gems featured on the show.
