November 25, 200915 yr Enya could show the x factor contestants that you have to be different to stand out and that you dont have to be the same as everyone else and bare your soul to have success. I agree the UK music industry just doesn't seem to accommodate people like Enya anymore which is such a shame as enya is such a true talent that they should be highlighting her. She sang live on the late late show last year so im sure she would do it on x factor, but if a muppet like britney spears can go on the show and mime very badly i dont see why enya couldnt go on and not play live.
November 26, 200915 yr Author CD: #115 CD/DVD: #347 I find it interesting that the CD is rising in sales, but the CD/DVD is dropping (at least as of right now)
November 27, 200915 yr Great to see it climbing again, if it keeps going the way it is it should be top 30 for sunday, and im delighted she is outselling britney, i hope she keeps ahead of britney when the chart is released on sunday
November 27, 200915 yr Author #33 in the UK midweeks today. On the up at least...and above Britney. :o I hope her sales keep rising.
November 27, 200915 yr sales should keep rising as this time of year sales get higher and higher, and chances are sales that this week would see you chart top 40 would usually see an album go top 20.
November 28, 200915 yr Oh, that's not bad at all! ^_^ Edited November 28, 200915 yr by alonenotlonely
November 30, 200915 yr #32 in the UK with sales just shy of 18,000 isn't too good really at all. First album to miss the top ten but then what do you expect really. Britney only coming in at #35 as well which is pretty poor and I think it's her first album in the UK to miss the top ten... Not bad in Ireland though, Enya usually does better here than there!
November 30, 200915 yr Britnet only managed #38 in the uk so its great enya beat her as enya gets far far less promo than britney, sales are quite good and if the album was released in months like september and had those sales it would have been high top 10
December 13, 200915 yr #41 in the UK this week and with the way sales are im sure that means she has sold at least 25,000, i know the album charted lowly but at theleast this will sell 100,000 in the UK and more than likley nearer 125,000.
December 20, 200915 yr Author CD: #43 CD/DVD: #621 I've noticed that the prices have increased as well... 11.99 and 24.99 in American money, respectively.
December 20, 200915 yr #37 in Ireland this week, up 1 place. Number 44 in the UK down 3 places and again should have sales of around 20,000. Edited December 20, 200915 yr by Feel_The_Fever
December 20, 200915 yr I don't suppose it's done too badly in the UK considering the zero promo and lack of new songs. Has maybe gone past the 100,000 mark this week. ^_^
