January 6, 201015 yr It's been brought up in this forum before but i think it's kind of good! Now first performing songs could at least stand a CHANCE :( Plus i think that most people vote in the end anyway and will be only voting in the middle only if it's their absolute fave or something... I think it could turn the tables completely, so then countries that perform earlier will have a better chance while the countries on later will have less time to gather votes then will suffer because of it, because let's face it only the ESC nuts will have heard all the songs prior to the contest so most people will vote as they hear it. What's the point in fixing a problem if you're just creating another one? Which means I hope to god Ireland isn't the last country to perform or we're well and truly doomed  The last country will only have 15 minutes to clock up votes while the 1st country will have had something like an hour to clock them up. Seems like a really messed up inclusion if you ask me, I expect when the votes come in and we see next to none of the later songs qualifying that will kill this one off fairly sharpish... Voting lines for all countries will be open for exactly the same amount of time, so I don't think it will affect the last countries. And to be honest, I see most people still waiting until after all songs have been performed before they vote. And you say the first country will have had about a hour to clock them up, but if say the UK performed first, someone won't watch say, Ireland performing 5th, and after Ireland has finished, think "Oh, I'll vote for the UK" :P So each entry will get some votes straight after it's been performed, and then all songs will get votes in the last 15mins of voting
