I think he will get a boost in album sales as well. I think he just needs to perform it again somewhere else early next week to keep the momentum going for a while.

 

But if he hits top ten, then I think it will stick with the video still being fresh and it just now getting beneficial airplay.

The airplay is still very very low... so I don't think he can stay high for long... but let's hope. (we need Idol performance!)

Right now he is at 16 million audience impressions, so it's not VERY low. If he hits top ten on itunes he will go top 20 on the Hot 100 and radio will take it fast.
