Ah, they've picked up the wrong video for Danny. Anyway, I really can't wait to see this show, no matter who wins, I'm eager to watch contestans singing opera arias. I really hope no one will ruin my favourite Nessun Dorma :D I'm sure no one would sing it better than Pavarotti did, but still, I really want the contestants would have the stamina (funny how everyone comes up with using this word) to at least try to sing it.

The alan titchmarsh show who is presenting on friday with mylene klass had her on as a guest and they talked about the show. It seems the arias they sing could be well known and mylene announced a few names who were appearing, surprise D was not one of them. One of the candidates from the Girl group the Saturdays was interviewed re the show and then sang with her group.they then wished her luck.

That's a good write up for a change.

I caught the end of the Alan Titchmarsh interview with Mylene, hoped for a mention of Darius but they had the Saturdays singing.

Booked hotel a few days back and just booked train tickets for Mum, Dad and I.

 

I might take a large suitcase with me, so when I go busking because I am totally skint, it will be large enough to hold all the pound coins I've spent so far on this trip. Come to think of it there's not a chance, as it only holds 25kg of clothes, so nowhere near enough space for all them pound coins that would be required, oh well! :rolleyes:

 

Bramley, did you get your ticket?

 

So who is going to be there Thursday night, are we meeting up outside and does Darius know we are going? It would be a real shame if we didn't get a chance to chat and snap a few piccies with him :o

I have no idea if Darius knows = I should think not as he's a bit busy at the moment. You and I'll probably meet in the queue, I bet everyone else will as well. If, when we get our arm bands, we move down the road a little to the non audience entrance, we may all find each others - and probably ourselves too.

I'll be there but rushing as I have to work until 6pm.

No ticket. Too late now to make arrangements even if it did arrive. Guess I must have mucked up the application.

I've just applied for tickets in February. Why don't you see if you can get one then? I probably wont be given a second set but it's worth a try.

They often have all the participants in the final, so it's worth a try.
