Does anyone know how to add a video comment to youtube?

I think a direct comparison to Dimitri H singing the same song at the Albert Hall might let people hear that Darius's French is actually pretty good.

If Laurence has a favorite and thought to pull the rug out from under Darius to clear the way for her,he's used the wrong tactic. He's just turned Darius from the one to beat into an underdog and the GBP just love an underdog, especially if they think they can use their vote to annoy one of the judges.

I dont know, perhaps you could post a link to one in a comment, I couldnt even get a comment up earlier

I dont mind fair critic, and I dont say Darius is perfect - but LLB was making out the french was un understandable, which if not true was totally wrong for him to be saying. Although watching Darius does seem to make concentrating on lyrics difficult

I still don't know how a bass baritone can be equally well served with soprano and tenor mentors as well, sopranos and tenors are.

Blake's bass baritone has been very encouraging. He thinks Darius is a great guy. He tweeted KJ before the show to ask her to tell Darius to win because they need new bass baritone blood in crossover. Later, he also tweeted that he'd be willing to give Darius some vocal coaching.

yup I thought he needs to do a few work outs, not too much..and yup chest au natural would have been good, perhaps too much for my blood pressure with that shirt undone like that though what with that and the voting!!

OMG Darius certainly knows how to get our pulses racing dosn't he!!

Thanks so much baytree. Popstar to operastar was repeated again this morning on ITV1. so he is getting some coverage.

Let's just do our best to keep him out of the bottom 2. I would hate to think that D's continued participation in this show was anything to do with LLB's opinion and vote :o

I think the principles are probably the same throughout BT, just the range difference, which I would guess Rolando and Katherine are experienced enough to be familiar with, as well as the vocal coaches.

Great screencaps Meg  Just wish we had the chance to get some photo's of our own :( Let's hope we do sometime in 2010 :)

My goodness D is a handsome chap, Natasha is a very lucky lady isn't she :)

good to read about the chap from Blake! they should be nurturing such a barotone voice - I have to admit I dont know of many.

I do wonder if they are harsh with Darius due to them expecting him to want to do better, so are pushing him,to be honest he is the best of the men, and has a decent voice. As for the women I have no idea, I dont like women opera singers, it just sounds like screeching so I cant make an unbiased comment. I really couldnt tell you who was the better out of the three left

I just think its odd that catherine jenkins has said her bit about the other contestants but notspoken about D. As she has been kind to the other contestants except the one who went out it would be nice to hear some nice comments for D. By the way both she and rolando have an album coming out shortly and so does meatloaf, surprised he isnt showcasing his on the show as well as them. I actually felt sorry for D last night because it made me think what a lot of putting down that he has had to suffer over many years from the public and the press which he doesnt deserve..and it doesnt go away.
hopefully it does inspire him to prove them wrong, it always has in th past! I can imagien and hope he is learning the language of the next piece perfectly, I do feel he perhaps isnt being given enough coaching to really do this seriously so if he got in touch with Bowman from Blake as offered..that would be good!

I did wonder if Blake were looking on him as a new member, they are all very good looking!!

in your comment then they can go see

I wouldn't think you could put the video in

The top one's a native French actor singing with a Spanish accent.

edit - actually it's the costumed guy.

Thanks BT....I really don't have a clue.

Listening to them all again Darius did a pretty good job.

I was disheartened to see ML and LLB not clapping after Darius had finished.

The whole program is too rushed they should miss the guest singer and give all 4 judges time to comment.

It was wonderful to see Dame JD in the wings :D

People do it all the time. There's a place to click to add a video comment. They show up as thumbnails underneath.

I have just looked at one and it is a personal one.

Have you registered for video comments?

I'm sure it would tell you how to add them.

Darius is still the favorite of the opera lover on DS - thought his singing was wonderful and was carried away thinking about him actually playing the role.

Someone elsewhere would love to see him in a production with John Barrowman. and suggests The Three Musketeers.

Amazing what fantasies an undone button or two can bring.

Re the name change someone responded to a query about it to say he changed his name because his record company wants to launch him in America............................ first I've heard of it mucho salt coming up and I'll gladly suck it down if that is true.
