I see they used the beeper on Tv. One thing you didn't see was Myleene giving Darius a comforting hug. I thouyght it was nice at the time - I think it even nicer now.

I was surprised they didn't last night. Friday nights a lot of youngsters are still watching telly at that time.

 

Darius looked as if he was a world away at the results bit and only Bernie patting him shook him out of it.

Yes, he appeared to be in a world of his own at the end and didn't seem to realise they had called his name. Not suprising after all that stress! I really hope he can stay strong, he must feel devastated. Wonder when it actually happened because didn't he mention the two boys on The Loose Women Show? Just hope the media don't start in the Sunday papers tomorrow. Can just imagine the headlines, loser and rejected again spring to mind! Definately right about the maternal feeling Pip, I just want to make everything better for him.

I can't for the life of me work out which bit put "gargling (with) women " into LL-B's head. It doesn't even make sense. It was like that advert for the random sweets - no relation to anything. Could he not just have made the very positive comments he had, even if it was through clenched teeth?

the only bit I thought he was refering to was when Darius added the twiddle to the long note, I thought LLB was saying it was like Darius had a woman in his throat, hence the gargling would be far slower, as you would be juggling quite a lump on your tonsils..LOL..wierd comment, but at least he liked it -

then brought up Darius, showed myleene and darius' kiss from first show, then showed a bit of darius singing Toreador, saying he looked angry, used the bit when he throws his jacket..and a jacket hit harry in th face!! the proceeded to take out driving lisence fomr the pocket..was funny, and Darius looked and sounded wonderful..so great bit of promo there

Cant believe I missed that, Husband had the other channel on. Wonder if it is repeated. just checked, itl 1ooks like its repeated 9.45 am tomorrow sunday morning and 1.5pm, tomorrow sunday lunchtime.

That's good to know. His Italian in Nessun Dorma just flowed. Will Darius ever be given a blockbuster aria in his own range in Italian like all the others? Doubt it!

However I agree it will be interesting to see if they leave anyone's video off the ITV site this week.

 

The show shed over 500,000 viewers this week. It was up against the final of Celebrity BB which gained viewers to draw in over 4 million to Popstars 3.17 million.

yup, have to say Hubby watched the CCB final, I think everyone wanted Vinnie to go before Alex, that was classic. I had to watch on the other TV, and the repeat...

I've just watched it on ITV player. :lol: Great little segment. Darius looked and sounded great.Loved the mock up of the giant driving licence.

I did wonder why Myleene's introduction this week started with something about it being a tough week for him and 'hearing it on the grapevine' or something.
