It would - we'd have hours extra we could be on here. Mine just don't seem too happy about starving so I can.

Got to go and make my hard-working husband a cup of tea.....

Ahhhh, poor man. Try drinking it for him as well.

I need to go to the shops. This time it's to try and find thermal socks. Last night it started pouring down with rain. I was so pleased. A completely white landscape has been replaced with puddles - with the exception of white, wet, icy pavements. It's still cold though.

I wish I could go to the shops......still snow-bound. Yet more snow overnight.

I'm pleased I'm not travelling to London, but very disappointed to miss the show.

What does page 2 say about dress code?

Avoid black and smart dressy or glamorous is up to you. Nweedless to say, we are going to be in black or brown - I will thow on a red cardigan though.

Gosh, didn't know there was a dress code. Why not black? Dressy and glamorous in this weather. :o Warm and sensible is more to the point!!

 

It snowed again here over night, not much, but trains to London are still hit and miss, so it's a good job I'm not going.

Not many others read page 2 either but you did look glam in your top, Meg (and the warm up guy did mention several times the woman in the red top cheering on Darius!!!)

and that was her trying not to be noticed!

It wasn't me. I'm not a shouting type. When they kept mentioning that the woman being very loudly supportive of Darius was wearing red, I knew they's be ribbing me. There was quite a bit of Darius support.

 

I should be getting Mum ready to go out as the rain has moved most of the snow.

I was very proud of him. I'm still worrying though.
