Posted January 12, 201015 yr I have compiled a list of One Song per artist to give my favourites of last year. It took me a while to compile the list, as I really thought about what songs I preferred over others, and also which song I should choose for each artist. I of course used the song that would give them the best placing in my chart. Hope you enjoy. First of all 50-41

January 12, 201015 yr Author " data-tag="youtube" data-tagfull=" "> 49. Jay Sean Down Instantly catchy, sounds like it should be a filler song, yet I still listen to it over and over again Edited January 12, 201015 yr by steady
January 12, 201015 yr Author 48. Robbie Williams Bodies I'm so glad Robbie Williams is back. I loved his music and charisma so much before. Not his best song, however I think he was unfairly criticised, it sounds different to anything else on the radio. Plus it's good he tried something different. However I do think I have overplayed this. 47.Pitball I Know You Want Me I put this in the 'it's so bad it's good' category. I wouldn't go out of my way to listen to it again, it is awful, yet I can't help but smile and chuckle a little when I hear it. 46. Girls Aloud The Loving Kind An ok song from them, however had they released memory of you, that would have been far higher. However if I start including unreleased songs, it would be a right mess. 45. Keri Hilson ft Neyo + Kanye West Knock You Down I do in general detest a lot of this R'n'B collaborations that get brought up, as I think they are hardly inspired. Yet every now and again, a gem like this gets picked up. And it gives out a positive message. 44. Chipmunk Oopsy Daisy An irresistable chorus in my opinion, and the mix works well 43. Take That Said It All One of the group's best songs I think. The less is more approach works here I think 42. Alesha Dixon Breathe slow I don't really like this anymore. However I played it a lot when it came out so I think it must deserve some mention 41. Daniel Merriweather Red For some reason I really don't like the video where he munches his face up so hard. Not a good look. But a brilliant song none the less
January 13, 201015 yr Author 40. Akon Beautiful Probably the only Akon song I have liked  39. Eminem We Made You I enjoy Eminem, some funny lyrics and a brilliant video. Nice to have him back 38. Beyonce Knowles Sweet Dreams She gives me lots of sweet dreams  37. Kasabian Fire Nice bit of catchy guitar, fairly decent song. 36. Coldplay Strawberry Swing One of my favourites when I brought their album last year, happy it got released. Interesting video too. 35. Jamie Cullum I'm all over it I believe him to be one of the best British singers right now, and it's a shame this song didn't do well, only reaching No55. But I love it, and that's what counts :D Not to mention how hot he looks in that hotel uniform in the video :P 34. Cheryl Cole ft Will.i.am Three words Now I love Girls Aloud, but Cheryl is the weakest singer. However three words is even more bizarre than most of the girls aloud collection. And I have to say it intrigues me. Sometimes I find this song so terrible, other times I think it's brilliant. I can't make my mind up, is it a piece of genius, or crap. For now I like it a lot. 33. David Guetta ft Kelly Rowland When Love Takes Over Got to be one of the best songs of the summer. This has to be better than the majority of Beyonce songs, not that says a lot in my opinion. 32. Pussycat Dolls Jai Ho This is my favourite Pussycat Dolls song. Everytime Jai ho is repeated, I sing along 31. JLS Beat Again Unfortunately JLS have gone down the route of another cheesy boy band. I like the lads, but I won't be buying their album. However this song is very good.
January 13, 201015 yr Author 30. Taylor Swift Love Song A nice Disney song for Adults imo 29. La Roux In For The Kill 28. Aqua Back To The 80's Aqua are one of my guilty gems, I loved them when they were first around (I was ten), and I still like them now. I only wish this song had done better, I think it only made top 200. 27. Kelly Clarkson Already Gone A really sad song 'I want you to know, you could'nt have loved me better. But I want you to move on, so I'm already gone'. Another song that should have done much much better. 26. Temper Trap Disposition Would I have heard this song had it not be on that channel 4 during the leeds festival? Probably not, but I'm glad I did. 25. T.I ft Justin Timberlake Dead And Gone Was not really a fan of Justin Timberlake, but he's grown on me a lot in the last two years. He seems to have matured with his music, rather than trying to imitate Michael Jackson, and this is a great example I feel. 24. Alicia Keys Doesn't Mean Anything Another one of my favourite artists right now. Melts me with her voice, could listen to her all day. 23. Shakira She Wolf Aaaaaahooooh 22. Calvin Harris I'm Not Alone Just an immense dance tune for a night out 21. Hudson ft Kanye West Supernova Kanye West has also grown on me musicwise. Not personality wise after that incident at the music awards with taylor swift, but I prefer this song to yours sorry Taylor
