January 12, 201015 yr Author Yes they did hugely well considering how big 2008 was for them this added to the brilliant dvd sales made 2009 a great year for them, and with a new album coming this year im sure they have more huge sales to come.

Surprised they were so high in the singles given that they've only had one top ten hit this year (and that for only one week). I'm pretty sure most of that figure comes from RTW and GD. Good going on the album front. Norma
January 14, 201015 yr Author Well up all night and said it all combined would count for about 215,000-230,000 of those single sales, my prediction would be greatest day accoutned for about 150,000 and the rest for rule the world would have accounted for the rest. Like you Norma i never expected them to be so high on the singles list but they are obviously continuously selling in the lower numbers every week.
January 15, 201015 yr Am surprised and delighted by the single sales! Athough I liked all three singles that they released from The Circus I personally didn't think that they were as good as Patience, Shine and Rule The World. Am really looking forward to a new album at the end of this year hopefully. I can't wait to hear what they come up with!
January 15, 201015 yr Am surprised and delighted by the single sales! Athough I liked all three singles that they released from The Circus I personally didn't think that they were as good as Patience, Shine and Rule The World. I have to agree .... although The Circus Tour made sense of the whole album. And due to it ... Said It All was the stand-out song from The Circus era! Up All Night disappointed me quite a bit ... performed well ... but just didn't do it for me in the concert. Norma
January 17, 201015 yr Author Yes i agree again, said it all indeed came accroesss brilliantly on the tour and it made more sense fo the song, it always amazes me how a live performance can totally change a song.
