I'm watching the second season of this at the moment, great show. :D

 

It's hard to pick which one is my favourite, they all have their moments!

Loved them all. I think my favourite would have to be the oh so innocent Betty White. Not so innocent in Lake Placid though.

I was just watching one of the last Golden Girls episodes: Home Again, Rose and something was very odd about it.

 

 

So Rose is in hospital for a triple bypass and Dorothy, Sophia, Blanche and Rose's daughter is there. Why wasn't Miles there? I just thought that was so so very odd about the episode. Surely Miles would have been there for her since he was her boyfriend? (almost husband)

 

 

It just seems like too big of a slip up.

 

At first I didn't want to review an old thread but I really want to know what other people think about this one.

I only discovered how good this show last month. Some kind man has put all the episodes on Youtube in full, so I've kinda gone a Golden Girl marathon :wub:

I am a complete sucker for all the old comedy shows and i loved the Golden Girls growing up, however i think it has aged terribly and i actually find it extremely hard to watch now.

Maybe Miles was also in hospital :P Maybe in a different hospital so he couldn't go to Rose's hospital room :lol:

 

 

Are you sure they were still going out at that time? Maybe the writers just didn't bother putting him there, or forgot or something.

 

I've been getting into The Golden Girls the past year or so. I really like it, it's hilarious and quite sweet.
