March 6, 201015 yr hope they pick Drip Drop  Safura perfomed it on the Ukranian NF so I think they'll go with that one :cheer: the song is fantastic!
March 6, 201015 yr She totally rocked Ukrainian NF!!! Amazing!! What do you think about this one? http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v467/Geroneja/Dairy/safura_like_3.jpg
March 18, 201015 yr Drip Drop has been unveiled as the Azeri entry then. I think it's a bit of a dud myself, and was certainly hoping for something more upbeat. :(
March 18, 201015 yr hmm...I was hoping for an uptempo rather than a Tedder style ballad but I like it on first listen, particularly the 'drip drop drip drop' bit, at least it's contemporary! Is the studio version around yet?
March 18, 201015 yr Found the studio version, love it :D I wouldn't have this pegged as a winner in a good year (i.e. last year) but it could well win this year!
March 18, 201015 yr Listening to the live version of Cancelled by Milk & Kisses. The song is incredible! I can't believe they won't leak it like NOW (Safura's version obviously)
March 18, 201015 yr http://www.facebook.com/l.php?u=http%253A%...df04&ref=mf << esc version of the song  added back vocals and sounds great! :D
March 18, 201015 yr Don't really anticipate going there tbh (if i decide finally) despite of my knowledge of the language (russian will be completely understandable there :o ) :(
March 18, 201015 yr 'Drip Drop' sounds fantastic from that link Boyan has posted. From 'Always' to 'Drip Drop' in 12 months. I now see Azerbaijan in with a really good chance of winning Eurovision with that track and its soaring chorus. Obviously songs have to be around 3:00 in length but I'd have preferred the chorus to continue rather than almost abruptly finish at the end of the track. It'd make the song roughly 3:12 in length otherwise. :D Edited March 18, 201015 yr by Hitstastic
March 19, 201015 yr Author My apologies to Saura. I didn't think her vocals in the Azerbaijani selection were that good, but maybe it was just the video quality, because I've just watched her at the Ukraine national final (version 1.0) and her vocals are actually really good.
March 21, 201015 yr This song's definitely growing on me, but I think it'll finish around third myself.
March 21, 201015 yr :o amazing and I wasn't a fan of last year at all, but if Arash song gave them a top 3 then I hope this one will win.
March 22, 201015 yr It definitely feels like the only winner here. It's still growing on me but I can tell I'll love it in the next few weeks. Fairytale was something else though, the gulf in quality between that song and the rest of the pack was LARGE for me, and was reflected in the final scoreboard
March 22, 201015 yr Safura's the youngest of this year! Would it be amazing if a youngster win the whole thing?

I would say I loved Fairytale as much as Is It True last year, whereas I seem to have a similar view on this to the one you have of Fairytale - nothing comes close to this for me this year! My goodness, it's along the lines of the standard Ryan Tedder formula, but it sounds like Ryan Tedder to the next level - so fantastically contemporary yet majestic and orchestral! I think this just about edges Keep On Walking for me!
