It wouldn't surprise me at all if Joanna and The Courteeners charted above Owl City.

If Owl City's album was released tomorrow it would go top ten, although I guess the original plan would have been for both the single and album to come out within a week or two of each other...

 

these fake versions on iTunes that people buy are really screwing up the plans of record companies release timing tactics :lol:

 

just look at Sara Bareilles, managed a top ten album with Little Voice purely because the album came out at the exact point that Love Song was at its peak, had it been delayed by three weeks it would have been top 30 at best - people buy into hype there and then
