Wow, considering how i love Flo it's supposed to be fantastic! <3

That would be amazing :D

Format has been confirmed:

Performer 1 - Song A

Performer 2 - Song A

Performer 1 - Song B

Performer 2 - Song B

Performer 1 - Song C

Performer 2 - Song D

Four songs, and they are singing three each

Germany are really putting a lot of effort in this year, I hope for their sake that it pays off because like I said before, they take more risks than any other country I can think of and never do overly well with them :(

Have they said which performer is on first? If that is the running order, the Florence song must be in the final two, which means it has a huge chance to go through :w00t:

My nickname is Florence :P

I have a friend who's nickname is Marina, two who are both diamonds, one who is my machine, and then two friends who are the "and the" of both :kink: Dunno why, quite random.

I'd love the Florence song to make it for Germany. Get her on stage, like they got Dita, and that could draw a few more viewers in the UK

watching some of this...

loving Lena from the clips, very quirky, they seem to love singers like that over there - Aura Dione, Emiliana Torrini and Marit Larsen all had #1's there in the last few months! I wish the UK would drop our terrible generic urban obsession and start appreciating some of these fantastic European singers!

Jennifer is a bit Amy-Lee by numbers but she has a strong voice. Either singer will add some eye candy to the Eurovision final :kink:

Jennifer Braun - Bee - very pleasant, can't see it doing an awful lot in ESC, reminds me of Missy Higgins actually or a Colbie Caillat song but with a more powerful (note, not better) vocal 8.5/10

Lena - Bee - This song suits her voice a hell of a lot more. I'm not sure if the Eurovision audience would take to her quirky voice but then I think Jennifer has nothing distinct about her and would probably have less of a chance to do well. If Lena sent this it could quite easily return Germany to the top ten in my opinion - great. 9/10

Jennifer Braun - Satellite - ballad alert for song two :drama: she is singing this terribly, not good at all. This would get completely lost in the ballad pack and come last I reckon. 5/10

Lena - Satellite - well it's not a ballad anymore! it's been turned into a jaunty strummer. Much much better but still not as good as Bee, and wouldn't do much in the final, it's not that strong a song. Love the vocals though. 7.5/10

No offense to Germany, and I know that may not be the song they send, but I hope the UK entry has a better name than "Bee" :kink:

Jennifer - I Care For You - pretty decent, can't see it doing anything in Eurovision. All of these songs are incredibly well produced though, as German entries always are :D 7.5/10

Lena - Love Me - plain, would do bugger all at Eurovision. 6/10

Bee to win so far please, by Lena :D

oh, only 6 songs :o nothing's convinced me that Germany will be top ten this year, but easily the best song here is 'Bee' by Lena - it's exactly the sort of music I love
riggght...Lena's weakest track and a 'pretty good' track from Jennifer picked for the final...hello bottom ten again Germany
Satellite sounds better on second listen, and it would be quite hilarious to see her at Eurovision - Lena would definitely be love/hate, she's like a pretend Kate Nash

Lena wins in Germany with the song Satellite, which I guess is a grower but I prefered Bee...

I love her voice, it's quirky, she is like Kate Nash crossed with Marit Larsen vocally, and she looks a lot like the latter too actually...she could do the best out of the big four, Spain and UK are going to terribly and France are sending a football anthem - doesn't sound like a ESC hit to me!

Already sounding a lot better on third listen actually! Her voice is infectious, there will be a LOT of haters but at least it won't fade into the background like Jennifer would have done with her Gracia like noneity

Quite a good song. A grower. I love women singers with this type of voice. Will probably make my top 10

I do normally like the German entries, but they never seem to go down with Europe :( Just the British jury :kink:

Heres the winner:

This song is going directly to my toplist :)

I like here voice The song has a touch of reggae in my ears and I think it sound really good.

Long time since Germany had a good song in, but this year they have a potential top 5 song IMO

Possibly the worst English I have ever heard  . A nice little song, but nothing special at all.

This has gone straight to #6 on iTunes Germany already...they're certainly getting behind it!

The studio version is very nice and the song is certainly very contemporary. She is going to completely divide opinion, like the Mira Craig's and Kate Nash's of this world...

Once again it's something completely different for Germany which I respect them for, but this is the first time in years that you feel that this is the sort of song that would actually be a chart hit there without the ESC connection, they love their quirky female singers!

The songs are all available on iTunes Germany - I would have downloaded Bee but not available in the UK of course :(

I don't agree that Spain would do terribly in ESC. Daniel's FIT AS FUCK vocals are excellent and the song's quite good now

The german song sounds quite good! It'll grow on me in time I'm sure.
