Is there an aria without words, music or any sound whatsoever? If so, it's a sure bet D will end up with the bloody thing :angry: Sod the show, the mentors and LLB (meat is ok in my book) Darius is wonderful and popular and no matter how they try and blight him, he just keeps on going. Screw 'em all I say!

He best get something worthy next week, I know Darius can go up a notch, I couldnt beleive how he was moving around while singng that, no sign of strain on his face, hile Bernie looked like she was going to blow a blood vessel!!.

Really pleased for Darius! He deserved to go through to the final. Those judges are so annoying - they just don't want to accept how good Darius is.

She missed notes, she was out of breath, but still Rolando waxes lyrical about her. t's starting to annoy me now :angry:

 

It sucks how they tried to manipulate the final two. It's clear to me they wanted D and Kym out and that's why they were put on 1+2.

He's not a woman and not a man who just does what he's told. I bet he was already worried because of the problems he's had with previously selected pieces

I think the acceptance is what saved him PIP. If he had gone on to sing "his own choice" the public probably wouldn't have supported him, thinking he's being arrogant. The truth is though, he was just trying to give himself a chance of singing something reasonable. He did well tonight, but the aria was aboslute $h!t IMO, a real nothing song :angry:

I saw an Amazon link to a cd of music from the show PSTOS, but when I clicked it it just had descriptions of all the contestants and details of Rolando and Katherines albums that were available. No sign of a show cd, though it will most likely follow.

My interpretation was that it would be the singers from the show singing the songs from the show, particularly as it had them all featured, but cannot be certain :unsure: Not sure I would want an album, but I would certainly download D's contribution if it does eventually materialise.

I just want Darius singing songs from the show, tbh dont want to hear any of them again apart from Darius

Congratulations all again, our man has taken another big step! I just hope he can go on to win now. He's cost us a small fortune so far, might as well turn it into a fortune next week and help him win it :D

Hadn't realised that. Oh well is the saying 'in for a penny, in for a pound?' We're not going to stop now are we?

Can't say I blame Darius for wanting an aria he had half a chance with, but he must have known it would go against him, and then not to learn the other!!! Darius always was and is his own man.

I've never felt so tense watching anything as I did watching that. My nerves are a tangled mess. Did anyone see a close up of Avril? Goodness knows how she coped.

What stamia must he have to sing that, move around the stage , interact with the dancers and not be out of breath? Sue
