Those percentages were really interesting, and yes, it does make you feel that those extra votes were so worthwhile. From reading his blog on Twitter and his comments on Facebook, it does sound as if things are moving fast and we won't have too long to wait. Like you say Meg, it's so good to have something to look forward to. Sue

I don't know what the meetings are for but one thing is certain, Darius plays hard ball. He's been through meetings, auditions and showcases for years. He's not being pitched from a reality TV talent contest into a crazy whirlwind totally different from anything he's known. he's informed by all that has happened since PI. He'll remember any small print which impacted on him in the past and make sure he isn't caught by it this time.

 

Within days Will was whisked off to Cuba or somewhere to film a video, more recently the contrast nearly drove Susan Boyle over the edge and I was surprised how much of a change Lee Mead found it all given that he had MT experience - I was watching a repeat of his winner's documentary last night on one of the sky channels.

 

 

Even the miserable weather can't keep the smile from my face x

bless him, knowing he is so happy makes it all so worthwhile, I cant stop smiling, keep thinking about him with Rolando, and his exit interview!!

The exit video was the icing on the cake. I loved hearing him sing but even more, I loved how happy he was.

Well he was certainly smiling as he let his hair down this weekend. I don't see arai or any of his mates but I've no doubt he wasn't alone.

Peter's quite a good freind of Darius' isn't he,they've always seemed to have alot of respect for eachother :D

Could it be because of the rest of her sentence?

 

I don't remember anyone saying in week 4 that Darius had a difficult piece, yet we heard plenty about the difficulty of QOTN which is also from Mozart the previous week.

 

Maybe Darius just made it look so easy it slipped their minds. Certainly after his rebellion over the Champagne Aria, Rolando said in his comments that ione was a very,very hard aria.

I think people are beginning to realise that he was put in to set up. The VTs are the things which make that stand out for me.
