Was that why they were visibly dismayed at the bottom 2 on Friday night? Have the panel had their last chance to vote Darius out?

not a great version of Friday's show as its focus is on the fly comment but the only one up on Youtube at the moment

glad he is on GMTV next week, hopefully they can call the troups to arms, Scottish Voters especialy.

is a shame he isnt singing flower of scotland again at the rubgy, he did that so well, and I can imagine now he oculd do even better!!

thank god the judges cant decide..BUT they can choose the songs..

 

That's how they get rid of people. They did it to Darius on pop Idol. Now, they chose people to duet with to get rid of contestants on x-factor.

 

 

My fave pieces are this one and Nessun Dorma up to now.

Definitely their choice of song is how they sway it. Just out of interest a clip re Rolandos album from amazon. 6th on Amazon's Hot Future Releases list is pretty impressive! What a shame that D doesnt have an album out now it woluld have been great for him but of course the propgramme probably wouldnt allow it, it might have done as well as Rolando.!!!

I don't think Darius would want to release his 3rd self written studio album on the back of a reality TV show. He would never know if it was the music which sold or just a current fad.

 

Commercially stupid, I know.

 

It's the way SC's stable have self perpetuated. The previous year's signings have a huge selling single, mainly downloads right after their show and then the album is launched on the same or different SC talent show later

 

Similarly I don't think Darius should ask people to vote on pstos on any grounds other than his ability to get close to singing classically.

 

 

If he wasn't any good, I doubt he'd have the support. At the end of the day, his singing has earned him new fans which is always a plus.

Well all I can say is Cheryl cole has done it on the back of a tv show and she cant even sing.Surely you need some hype to promote an album. Obviously that is how Rolando has got to No.6 in the overall 100 chart o n the back of a tv show.

I'm not cynical enough to believe Rolando did the show with that in mind. I think he knew he wasn't 100% fit and he could try out his voice a bit in preparation for the fairly heavy schedule he has lined up in the Spring and be paid for it.

I think his record company would have it much in mind and it has worked.

It has one thing going for it - no one can say he can't sing and not get laughed at.

does anyone know what day darius will be gone GMTV? so I if am at work or not lol
