I can't stand Anthony Cotton and I hate his character Sean even more. Why oh why don't the writers kill him off?

What sort of idiot is John Snape? Why didn't he just tell the Windasses that he'd lost his job?

I'm loving Nick at the moment but he doesn't half look ill (I know the actor was taken ill recently so I'm wondering if this was filmed around about that time.)

Great to have Sally Whittaker back.

Did Nick start crying tonight? When he was talking to Leanne?

Yes

Is Ryan thick or what?! Sian laid there in the bus shelter screaming

Ryan "er.. should i get help?"

whats up with Sian? :o

She's got a ruptured appendix (the character I mean).

I am rapidly going off Graeme now! He was cute when he first arrived, exellent in his stand-offs with Norris, and quite sweet when Tina first said she fancied him. Now though, as David said last night .... 'Weirdo'.

This John using someone else's identity to teach again is completely unbelievable, I hope they wind that to a close soon.

From what I've read ....

Somehow or other, John is going to kill Colin and put his body in the foundations of the new Underworld factory. I'm assuming they'll probably have him under some blackmail or something

.

I suppose its the only way to end it ... without John going back to jail. Let's face it ... even if he (Colin) agreed to go along with this ... how would he work? He'd have to take someone else's identity as John is already using his NI number.

Daft ... all this to keep a really boring character in the show.

John should have left permanently after the whole Rosie kidnap business. I don't understand why they're so persistent on keeping him on..
Wtf was Gail wearing tonight  you'd think it was her who was 70 the way she dresses.

I thought exactly the same thing! She looked like she'd waltzed in from an episode of Little House on the Prairie! LOL at her also showing disdain in her monther's choice of consort! Her with the four dubious husbands!

If you close your eyes Charlotte sounds exactly like Carla.

Hubby said exactly the same thing! Although I think Carla's accent is a lot more broad and flat ... sounds like she's actually putting it on abit.

Liz: I'm sorry do I know you?

Bloke: You should do, I poked you the other night.

Liz: I beg your pardon?

That was brilliant!!

That was brilliant!!

The whole episode would have classed as one of the better ones if it wasn't for this stupid John Stape character's story.

Liz is pure comedic class!

LOL at Charlotte "can we dig him up and bury him properly?" :heehee:

Coronation Street's Carla Connor will reportedly battle a drinking problem.

The Underworld boss, played by Alison King, struggles to cope with events including the death of Tony Gordon and turns to alcohol, reports The Sun.

King was pictured filming a visit to alcoholics anonymous after Connor begins drinking before breakfast.

An insider told the paper: "She sees Peter Barlow (Chris Gascoyne) at the meeting and backs out, pretending she is meant to be in a Spanish class next door."

Corrie producer Phil Collinson previously told DS that viewers would be seeing "a lot" of Carla who he praised as a "very significant, complicated character".
