March 14, 201015 yr I'm disappointed that I'm the only one that likes Estonia's song much :( I think it's brilliant, it couldn't be further away from generic territory that the rest of the contest has fallen into.
March 14, 201015 yr Sweden >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Ireland/Norway. tbh. :smoke:
March 14, 201015 yr Sweden, ironically I think considering they're going for a ballad, will do better this year than the last three years...I wouldn't be at all surprised to see Anna 'do a Yohanna', she's very sweet/cute looking, moreso than Yohanna I'd say, who was more angelic almost. I know ESC is ballad heavy this year, but assuming Ireland and Norway go some way to cancelling each other out, Sweden could actually be in with a chance to win :o I can actually imagine This Is My Life being played on something like Heart FM which definitely isn't the case for My Heart Is Yours/It's For You... And I know I'm being blasphemous here, but I prefer This Is My Life to Is It True :P
March 14, 201015 yr I agree. I can see Anna's song on the radio stations here. I wouldn't be surprised if Ireland gives their 12 to Sweden this year! (And yes, it's better than Is It True. It has a nice ending, while Is It True kinda just stayed the same throughout the entire three minutes) Ireland won't win, that's pretty much a given. It will be low top 10, I think, maybe even 11 - 13. Sweden winning, or top 3 at least. Norway at 5 - 6. Germany might even come higher than 15th this year! :w00t: The UK.... where do I begin? Probably battling for last place with Ukraine or something. :P

Actually I watched the Estonian final last night, so funny, I really recommend it  And the song has really grown on me since I saw the live performance, Manpower 4 rock :kink: Belgium? Thanks, will add it in after I hear Bosnia tonight.

March 14, 201015 yr My top 10 so far: 1. Sweden 2. Ireland 3. Slovakia 4. Croatia 5. Poland 6. Georgia 7. Moldova 8. Malta 9. Greece 10. Romania Edited March 14, 201015 yr by Joinwithus
March 14, 201015 yr I can see "This Is My Life" on being played on the radio, but I could also see "Is It True?" being played on the radio. I think Yohanna is better looking, and I prefer her song, but "This Is My Life" is still really good. I've decided on my top 3: 1. Germany 2. Romania 3. Sweden Will do full rankings in the easter holidays, when I have time, all songs are known, and they can all be found together on the ESC website. I hope we get some good preview videos this year, Andorra, Ireland, Cyprus, Ukraine, Romania & UK all had really good preview videos that I can remember of the top of my head.
March 14, 201015 yr And I know I'm being blasphemous here, but I prefer This Is My Life to Is It True :P You're being incredibly blasphemous there. Go do some Hail Marias. I agree. Probably battling for last place with Ukraine or something. :P :o Is It True didn't stay the same! :o I'd pretty much say the epic (overused, but appropriate here) key change alone got her to 2nd place last year. Truly spine-tingling moment. A given? I don't think without seeing the draw we could predict such a disparity between how Norway and Ireland do  If Ireland perform in the last five slots, and away from Norway, victory could well be in the bag.

The bottom few are too close tbh, and the awful ones could be re-arranged in any order really. In fact, aside from the Netherlands, I can't even remember how any of them go. Only the top four are really fantastic songs imo, but I'm hoping Azerbaijan come out with something spectacular! Expecting a dull ballad from Bosnia-Herzegovina in style of 'Leilja', Israel might have a reasonably decent song, and the boy who's singing it is f***ing gorgeous, and f*** knows what France will come out with! I'll do predictions and everything after the draw has been made, but at least this year we have no obvious winner. At all!
March 14, 201015 yr Author BH is gonna surprise us with hopefully a rock entry, like has been said, the singer is a 'rocky' type. I'd love it to be some kind of dramatic ballad on verge of transforming into a rock song a la Evanescence. And Lejla was anything but dull.
