Britney Spears sent off the information, I know this because the webmaster at her official website said that she hoped the Austrailia shows were processed in enough time for it to be sent off. So I'm pretty sure every artist on that list did the same thing. To be honest ... Take That have no excuse for not sending off their information. Its their own fault that they're not on the list (had they done so ... they probably would have been well inside the 20.) The reason I say this is that their data for the Beautiful World Tour was sent off for another (US based) listing and so figured at 22 in a chart made up of biggest grossing tours of 2007/8. So it isn't a US-centric thing ... after all ... Cliff Richard is getting on a bit ... and him and his Shadows must surely be missing most of their marbles ... yet they sent their information off!
