Not sure how i feel about this tbh... Of course RCA is the source of all evil (joint forces with Blackground) so im glad she will be leaving them but i dont want her to stop making music :( And if she goes independent the chances of her coming here are slim to none :(

But i remember something about her talking about going Independent :(

Independant would probably be best for her. Whilst she may not be commercially successful, I think she has enough talent to launch her own label and then still be the Kelly we all know and love but become quite an albums artist (Much like Will Young - Except I think he's still under someone else's label although I'm not particularly sure...). She knows what she wants, she's not stupid and knows what her fans expect/want. I'll be all for supporting her going independant! :D

As long as she carries on making great music and comes to UK now and again I would be happy, My December was amazing!

As romanic as the idea of her going indipendant is, I think i'd prefer for her too move to another major. Saying that though, she'd probably be a lot more content as an Indie artist, just as long as we dont mind My December-esque albums I suppose.

My December is one of her best albums. IMO.

She wants to make other genre of music as well as her usual Pop/Rock stuff. But the label heads arent letting her.

There's always problems between her and her record label. She did get her way with MD, in the end. They did almost everything they could to not have it released the way it is.

What she needs to do with her next label to have total creative control, then she'll be happy. MD would've worked if her label hadn't given up promotion after Never Again.
