They have many different artists, none playing second fiddle to any of the others. The Sugarbabes seem to be over, which is a great shame. Too many changes of line up has lost them just too many fans. Their music just isn't as different as it used to be - you couldn't mistake a Sugarbabe track.

Too many irons in the fire.

Now is the time to strike - not form an orderly queue.

Just checked the news on the official website and apparently darius has done zilch since the 13th of March and is due to do zilch , so why is Camilla kerslake tweeting this?

CamillaKerslake: @DariusOfficial was great to catch up with you at Lincoln. We seem to run into each other all the time! see you again (!) on Sat x

5 minutes ago from web

Now we have to scrabble about to try to find out where and when and by the time we do, the chances of getting any tickets if it's a public event get slimmer.

This?

or something else?

It's all too familiar and unless there's a pick up, some decent communication more media coverage, a bit of a buzz ........very soon, I'm washing my hands of it all.

does camilla mean he is definately there on saturday..or is she just making the point they seem to be at the same places,

to be sure, it really peeves me off that we dont get any upcoming appearance info till last minute, or if darius has time.

all i ask is something i can get to, and some decent notice...i may get dispndant, but tbh, i am the moth drawn to the light,,so will be hovering until something occurs...or i drop.

Might Rachel know if he's appearing at The Royal Albert Hall on Saturday?

They were talking about the Fate Awards in Belfast on This Morning because Eamon(not sure if it's spelt that way) Holmes received one. They said what a great night it was and how they partied into the early hours. No mention of Darius though :(

I was wondering about getting a ticket - just in case but if he isn't I could use the money for something else and it'd not be special enough to leave my Mum.
My feeling in all of this, management included is that he is being treated as a beginner again. Having to keep playing small gigs or charity gigs (nothing wrong with that) but they all seem minor compared to some of the other crossover artistes engagements like the albert hall. I didnt expect this after he won PSTOS. Instead I expected things of a higher calibre to be announced, maybe some of the artistes dont like comparisons. I wouldnt like him to have to face a chart battle again and looking at crowns site that seems to be their perogative.
There are a lot of things which may be. If we can all give it another couple of weeks, I feel that most of the problems can be dealt with.

I disagree.

Darius was doing a mix of similar things e.g. the Women of the Year awards in Scotland, when he was an established popstar.

I think what is happening, is that Darius is being slotted into existing shows which were planned some time ago, perhaps even when he was he was still in California, while they work out what his own schedule will be. It's got to be complicated if Darius wants to keep a lot of balls in the air at the same time - pop/classical and acting/MT plus recording the album. It's looks like he does, as he has two different contacts.

My first beef is not what he's doing, it's that his fans are not given the opportunity to see him doing them because they're either not told at all or far too late to organise themselves to get there and there is nowhere at all showing all the dates he has done throughout the UK.

My second beef is that plans for the album don't seem to have priority as they should, in my opinion. We don't know anything about D's recording contract. Has he or hasn't he broken with 19 recordings or whatever it's called now?

Do you know, if we can just hold fire for a couple of weeks, a lot may be sorted. Darius IS incredibly busy, he's doing things but maybe something can be in place to keep us in the loop. If we can just hold on for a couple of weeks, I think we'll know more.

Darius is not in my firing line!

It's the muddle and obfuscation which always surrounds him, which is. Someone needs a rocket up the proverbial but it isn't Darius.

He'll be relieved - I don't think he'd like a firing squad. I do feel that his management is acting now and, when paths are set, will be more careful about publicising information than the last lot were. As you said - he won and I bet more people were surprised than not. Nothing to do with talent, just the fact that they seemed to be trying to trip him up through the whole show.

Nevertheless, he won against the odds and, apart from those who were sworn partisans for one of the other semi-finalists, most people agreed he deserved to win.

However, I don't think he endeared himself to the lovely Katherine by appearing to ignore her and make her wait when she came up behind him to present the bouquet. Darius instead gave Myleen one of his bear hugs and lifted her right off the ground. I don't think he had the slightest idea that Katherine was behind him when Myleene was coming towards him.

Not Darius's fault though. The ending of the show was far too rushed and very confused. We got a vote of thanks from the runner-up and not a single word from the winner other than a quick thanks to voters shouted out when he finished singing.

Well, I think they made it clear they wanted Bernie to win. I did like her voice at the beginning but couldn't see why they seemed so desperate to get rid of Darius. I think he was the only one who could take it forward.
