Yet again Darius never seems to disappoint the new songs have a dancey backing to it the first new song that everybody seems to think was called bump i think was called boom boom bing bang it has the sampling of tainted love through it. he sang three new soings everyone wants to be jack boom boom and crazy love and they are all orignal by the sounds of it .i think the songs are pretty good big band with a dance beat i have got a video but dont think its the greatest quality but ill check it first . dont know how to uploads them . i was one of the ones that kept him late but i love just saying hi and he signed a cd sleeve for my niece .was so worried when he jumped into the crowd but everyone was impressed and that he defineltly knows how to work the crowd looking forward to the new stuff just what i needed had been feeling a bit down recently so at least he cheered me up

I had forgotten just how frustrating it is..when others have heard new material, I am now desperate to hear the songs, and wondering what on earth they are like..desperate doesnt cover it!! This is what its all about Darius' own songs after all.

I was ignoring that one, Bramley in the hope that it wasn't that. I hope Michelle is right and they are new songs.

 

Michelle, Darius' 'Crazy Love' wasn't Van Morrison's one was it? The one sung by Michael Buble.

that was the song that sprang to mind when Bump was mentioned..LOL, I recall dancing to that one in the 70's " there's a new dance thats going around.. its the bump,do the bump.. LOL eek wouldnt want to witness Darius doing that song..nor the accompanying dance moves

I do hope they were new songs, yet who knows!! wonder what he sang at the live kitchen do??

He had said that he wasn't doing any new songs but he did in the afternoon, so he could easily have that night as well.

 

This is one of those videos that make me cringe. The interviewer was just getting too close to the people she was interviewing. I felt uncomfortable for them. It's a case of Darius spotting in the background though and he did have the last few seconds.

I read on the Saturday night kitchen live website that the songs he was performin wud b 2 new songs from the new album. Just a shame i wasnt able 2 get there 2 hear them. Darius always sed in the past he wudnt do covers he always wanted 2 do original material :)

I read that and asked him about it. He said he wasn't going to but then he wasn't doing new stuff at Glasgow either. Lots of things change in 4 weeks.
