February 26, 201015 yr Thanks, pip. STV are usually accurate with information they put up. Maybe I'll watch the Hour today and the Scottish news bit. So it's back to Hampden for proper football. Darius entertained there during the big American Football clash. It will be interesting to hear how he sings Flower Of Scotland this time. February 26, 201015 yr Author yes, that was the first time I realised he was hiding that deep classical voice! as I was expecting a pop rendition, this time he should be even better!! (if that is possible as I thought it was fantastic last time!!)
February 26, 201015 yr I've never heard of that opera based on Heart of Midlothian. I knew there was Scottish Opera but not that there was even one Scottish opera. To be fair, I don't think it's up to Darius to announce that he's singing the anthem - surely he has to wait until the Scottish Football Association makes it public. February 26, 201015 yr Author no, he said when he was on AT that he had been asked to do somethign..I wondered if it was the football, it is up to Darius when or if he tells us what he is doing, but seeing it was up on twitter by someone, and then after I found the stv article I wondered if it wa a rumour or a definate. But that doesnt stop anyone from asking...he doesnt have to answer LOL
February 26, 201015 yr I hope Darius brings us Scots luck on Weds night, as it is Craig Levein's first as Scotland manger. and hopeful new start for us as a footballing nation, I am sometime offered to go to the games with my God father, I am defo taking him up on it now for wed if he asked, so I can see Darius from a far lol. The tartan army would be insulted if he didn't. I can't remember if the SFA have their own tartan. If so, he'll probably wear that, otherwise perhaps his Campbell one with the home football top.
