I'd have paid extra to have the video included.

 

The video and audio are beautifully crafted. That's why it seems such a shame they were not more widely distributed.

 

Some of the singers were promoting it on various TV shows but frankly I don't know if I'd have followed it up if I found I had to go to the Daily Mail's site instead of the usual legal download sites like i tunes
