So what's going on with the old Pussycat Dolls then?

 

Actually you're the first person I'm telling - I've left the group.I am so thankful for everything the Pussycat Dolls has brought into my life,but I have to say there were just too many variables that I couldn't agree with and I had to follow my heart.So I decided to kind of push on with my own life.

 

So why are you leaving?

 

Money and fame can't buy happiness.Ultimately I think happiness is the most important thing in life and I think that once I started to get to know myself more and more I was like,"You know,I don't think that my happiness is within this group right now."I wish that it was different because I love what we do on stage.I love being a Doll,but as far as variables off-stage are concerned - I just couldn't do it anymore.

But you're a Pussycat Doll,you can't leave!

 

Everything was very set,and is very set with the Dolls.It is a brand.Well,I mean,it's a huge brand.It's a name and we were hired to do our job and I did just that.And it's like any person out there that has a corporate job and maybe doesn't feel like they're gonna grow within their field.You come to this understanding of,"Well what am I going to do?Do I continue with this knowing that it's not going to fulfill me as a person - or do you make change?"

 

So was it ever an issue for you that one person had more time in the limelight than others in the band?

 

It's an interesting question to answer because ultimately the Dolls gave me more than I could ever have before.Were there difficulties? Yes.It's not always easy.

All the dolls have left. Robin has made it clear only Nicole would be around for the next lineup.

LOL i see the ex-Dolls coming out much bigger than Nicole. Basically the "new" PCD with new members will fail and when Nicole goes solo she will fail too and then 10 years later Nicole will try to make a comeback with mediocre success...
