I agree. On first listen, I didn't find it awful, just very very average. But on first listen last year, I hated "Be My Valentine", but when the final version was released, I loved it. This could grow, but I doubt it
March 15, 201015 yr It's an inoffensive song, yes, but his vocals are beyond horrific. It's like how I'd imagine a bad parody of an English accent to sound.

March 15, 201015 yr Bad news :( ESCkaz has an update, saying he will go to Oslo as there wouldn't be enough time to organize another selection, he's started his promotional campaign around Europe (to positive reviews, apparently), he's apparently a good singer, and has already started filming a music video. March 17, 201015 yr Oh FFS :( Thing is Vasyl is a perfectly good singer. It's just the song that's terrible, not that there was a better one in the selection. Surely Tzvika Pick or Ralph Siegel have an unused reject?

Vasyl will take part, but he says it feels like a life long dream being crushed. March 17, 201015 yr Ridiculous, I hate the song but I feel incredibly sorry for Vasyl. It's a complete farce. Mind you, if Ukraine are allowed to do it, can we just scrap Josh now and send Salem Al Fakir or A1's 2nd place NF songs for the UK entry? thanks :D

March 19, 201015 yr I don't know why everyone is up in arms about this, it is perfectly within the rules and it's not even like it is the first time a song has been changed. Ok it is a little unorthadox but the circumstances are exceptional, what with the sudden change of management, so if a country can alter a song almost beyond recognition in the space before the deadline, and sometimes even after it, I don't see why they can't change the song, especially when it was never a popular choice anyway, even before the song itself was chosen.

None sound amazing right now, but most are better than "I Love You", with a couple being even worse

"Emotional Lady" is quite Plazma-esque. :o :heart:
