"I think that's bull$h!t," the 'Blah Blah Blah' singer said. "I don't think that's fair at all for people who are going to see the show. I think if you are going to be a singer, you should sing. If you are going to be a dancer, you should dance. "If you are going to do a combination of the two, you should make it very clear when you are singing and very clear when you are dancing. I would never do that to my fans. "No offence to her specifically but people have asked me before to mime. I have been up at three in the morning for a television show with jet lag but I refuse to mime. "It's treating people as if they are too stupid to realize you are not actually singing. Sometimes it is hard to sing and dance at the same time but I would rather be off and be real and genuine about it to my fans. I don't want to treat my fans like they are stupid. "That is my take on my fans and life in general. My whole record is super-honest. I am really honest. March 4, 201015 yr I like Kesha alright, but it's stupid for her to trash Britney. It would be equivalent to Britney trashing Madonna when BOMT hit #1. You don't bash the biggest thing in your genre especially when you are still trying to create a fanbase. Doesn't she know 70% of her fans are BRITNEY stans. Regardless if she is speaking truth this is a cheap way to try and create publicity and so far it seems that it's backfiring on her... I'm all for opinion but she isn't even an established act so dissing someone who has a huge fanbase and has been popping records for 12 years is not smart at all. Seems like she is trying to do the whole Avril Lavigne thing, even though her music holds less meaning then countless Britney songs. While Avril actually had SOME meaning in her music, a majority of Kesha songs are about brushing your teeth with liquor and singing about getting f***ed up. And just a little FYI Britney fans know what she does we aren't f***ing retarded... A Britney Spears show is a spectacle and very theatrical, and regardless if people don't like the lipsyncing 98% of the people who are buying the tickets don't care. Of course you have some fans that won't appreciate that which is expected... but really all it boils down to is that it's not smart to diss established artists when you don't even hardly have a fan base, especially when your a pop artist. Lady GaGa recieved alot of her promo by working with Britney and praising Britney multiple times, regardless if it's genuine it was SMART as then Britney fans embraced her and became fans because it caused them to check out her music. That's all I'm trying to say with my post. The banner I posted is just epic of course. Kesha makes good party music, and I won't stop liking her output just because I don't like something she says... but others will.

March 20, 201015 yr ^I dont think she meant it in an offensive way? I think shes talking about how much we crave stars like Britney, Gaga, Madonna etc for ages until we get bored with them. Hence "Only Styrofoam Lasts Forever" i dont think she was just specifically talking about Britney. Also the person who made the pic in that video is bitter as hell... flop$ha is probably the most unimaginative diss i have ever heard.
