March 28, 201015 yr 1. Outhere Brothers - Don't Stop (Wiggle Wiggle) - Truly wretched. Ear rape. 2. Cher, Chrissie Hynde & Neneh Cherry with Eric Clapton - Love Can Build A Bridge - A decent heartfelt cover of the Judds US Country classic. 3. Wet Wet Wet - Julia Says - A rather good string filled Beatlesque track. 4. Celine Dion - Think Twice - By her standards this is quite good and understated. 5. Bobby Brown - Two Can Play That Game - Probably my favourite record of his. 6. Strike - U Sure Do - A dance track that irritated me. 7. Beatles - Baby It's You - The Beatles At The Beeb track covering an old US hit by the Shirelles. By their standards mediocre. 8. Alex Party - Don't Give Me Your Life - A catchy dance track. OK but nothing more. 9. Freakpower - Turn On Tune In Cop Out - A rather good War inspired Norman Cook track. 10. East 17 - Let It Rain - This record annoyed me. 12. Janet Jackson - Whoops Now/What'll I Do 14. Human League - One Man In My Heart 19. NPG - Get Wild 21. Brownstone - If You Love Me 22. Tin Tin Out ft Espiritu - Always Something There To Remind Me 23. Des'Ree - You Gotta Be 26. Boo Radleys - Wake Up Boo 28. Duran Duran - Perfect Day - Lou Reed went on record as saying this was his all-time favourite cover of one of his songs. Sadly the rest of the covers album "Thank You" was not very good at all. g_7Lefpd1xU 29. Massive Attack - The Karmacoma EP 32. Mike & The Mechanics - Over My Shoulder 34. Prodigy - Poison 35. Leftfield/Halliday - Original 36. Annie Lennox - No More 'I Love You's' 38. Sophie B Hawkins - As I Lay Me Down

March 29, 201015 yr Now this is more like it. Some absolute classic mid-90s dance anthems here, so much better than this time in 2000 (and 2010 <_< ) Faves: 1. Janet Jackson - Whoops Now/What'll I Do 13. Nightcrawlers - Push The Feeling On 14. Human League - One Man In My Heart 15. Clock - Axel F/Keep Pushin' 22. Leftfield/Halliday - Original 36. Annie Lennox - No More 'I Love You's' Pity there's no 'Set You Free' by N-Trance though, that'd make it even better!
March 30, 201015 yr 1. Outhere Brothers - Don't Stop (Wiggle Wiggle) - How was this number one?? 4. Celine Dion - Think Twice - One of her best ^_^ 5. Bobby Brown - Two Can Play That Game - Decent track 6. Strike - U Sure Do - It's always sounded so badly recorded... 8. Alex Party - Don't Give Me Your Life - Enjoyable typical 90s eurodance 13. Nightcrawlers - Push The Feeling On - One of my favourite 90s dance anthems 14. Human League - One Man In My Heart - 80s staying alive in the middle of rubbish decade for music 15. Clock - Axel F/Keep Pushin' - Annoying ????? 20. Snap! ft Summer - The First The Last Eternity - Irritating 23. Des'Ree - You Gotta Be - Ok.. ????? ??? 33. Van Halen - Can't Stop Lovin' You - Sounds like typical mid 80s rather than mid 90s 34. Prodigy - Poison - :)
March 30, 201015 yr I was 11 at the time and will no doubt rate a lot of these very highly... 1. Outhere Brothers - Don't Stop (Wiggle Wiggle) We'd crowd around the hard kid's walkman who would no doubt have the explicit version... Bet this sounds awful 15 years on! 2. Cher, Chrissie Hynde & Neneh Cherry with Eric Clapton - Love Can Build A Bridge Charity fodder 3. Wet Wet Wet - Julia Says Yuck! Yuck! Yuck! 4. Celine Dion - Think Twice Didn't this take about 10 years to climb the charts? 5. Bobby Brown - Two Can Play That Game Like a lot of big dance chart hits of this era, it took a 2nd release to take it high in the charts. This is still a great track that still sounds alright. 6. Strike - U Sure Do Always raises a smile, great track! 7. Beatles - Baby It's You Eh? 8. Alex Party - Don't Give Me Your Life Still love this... :D 9. Freakpower - Turn On Tune In Cop Out Thanks to a well know Jeans brand, good track. 10. East 17 - Let It Rain Much better than Take That, I always thought. And for the remainder... 11. Bucketheads - The Bomb! (These Sounds Fall Into My Mind) Still holds as one of my all-time fave tracks and could've been made yesterday. Few tracks deserve the tag "classic", but this is one of them. 13. Nightcrawlers - Push The Feeling On Not the tinny version, there is a better version. Would go on to have several dodgy follow up singles. 17. JX - You Belong To Me GREAT handbag act! Love this. 21. Brownstone - If You Love Me Great soul track. 22. Tin Tin Out ft Espiritu - Always Something There To Remind Me 29. Massive Attack - The Karmacoma EP 34. Prodigy - Poison One of their best, ACE track! 35. Leftfield/Halliday - Original 39. Ini Kamoze - Here Comes The Hotstepper And arguably one of the worse songs ever... toe-curlinginly vile and irritating. 32. Mike & The Mechanics - Over My Shoulder
