Posted April 2, 201015 yr Cheryl Cole is now in LA but the X Factor judge spoke frankly about her life last week on Radio 1. In a dig widely taken to refer to husband Ashley, Cheryl told Fearne Cotton: ‘There are going to be times when I make mistakes or make the wrong decisions. Maybe that’s why I’m inspiring?’ ‘Cheryl’s feeling better,’ a friend tells Now. ‘She got run-down and ill when she couldn’t decide whether to take Ashley back. ‘She’s still not sure, but at least she’s facing up to it now.’ Ashley, 29, has been lying low with a broken ankle since sordid revelations and tawdry photos of him in his pants were published around the world. It’s not known if Cheryl, 26, will make up with him, but friends say that she’s bolder and stronger than before. ‘It’s almost as if she’s numb to it and sees no point in airing her dirty laundry,’ one pal says. During the Radio 1 interview, Cheryl also talked openly about which side of the pond her future lies, saying she’d love to do US X Factor: ‘The talent out there is phenomenal,’ she said. ‘I’d buzz off them, but whether they’d buzz off me I don’t know. ‘I’m a Cancerian, so I’m a real homebody, but if the opportunity is there I’ll give 110 per cent.
