So not so long to wait for your next appointment, Meg. Pleased you don't have to go through the system again.

So am I. I'd just paid for a 3month course of acupuncture to see if that'd work. I wouldn't if I'd known I was still in the system.

I have been having it for a while for my frozen shoulder. It's still bad but not that pain that makes you want to curl up and cry.

I spent part of last night watching the Merchant city and Lincoln videos on full quality. They're too big to put on dvd but it was nice. I've never seen Darius happier than he was at Merchant City. His Dad had been allowed home from the hospital for the first time. He was over the moon but worried that his Dad was standing too long.

I'm not so keen on classical. Am hoping his album will be a mix.

Me too.

edited to add that I do like his voice in the classical pieces - just not really my kind of music.

After discussing parking tickets earlier this week, I now have one! We went shopping at a retail park this afternoon and I forgot to put my disabled badge on the dashboard. We were only in Laura Ashleys 10 minutes getting two cushions, and then we planned to move to the other side of the park, but of course we got a ticket and the annoying thing is I have no excuse. Because it was a private car park the fine is £80, but £50 if you pay within 2 weeks. Very expensive cushions, I can hardly bear to look at them. Sue

It makes things so much more difficult when you're worried about parking. I went for a short walk with Dave this afternoon and he's absolutely tired out now. I think we went too far after weeks of not walking.
I'm sure I put a message on yesterday saying 'I was sorry to hear about your parking ticket' Sue.....

An expensive one though. I'm not likely to forget to check which way Mum's badge is on now.

Why not buy one of the double-sided holders (which fold)

I got one from the Betterware catalogue. Then the card is always the right way up, you just

alter the clock.

Now I know there's a right and wrong way up, I think I'll be OK. Unless, of course, I forget to put it out at all and then a holder just wouldn't help.

I've got one of those. Sue

See? I told you it wouldn't help if you forgot to put it out.

And it's such a pretty shade of pink! Have paid the fine  Sue
