Didn't know where to post this, but wanted to let you guys here know, I'll be making my (semi)professional debut, singing on Valentines Day, at Emilios restaurant in Nottingham, with my musical buddy Jon and a guest musician/vocalist Carl. We're performing three 45min sets, so if you're in or around Nottingham, you'd be very welcome to join us, for what will hopefully be a great evening! :)

Did anyone see Hayley from Pop Idol auditioning for X Factor this week end? Apparently she damaged her back badly whilst in Thriller two years ago. She got through to the next round. Sue

I didn't but wondered how she'd got on. I hope she does well

I saw it. She did fine and is through to boot camp

I can't see them taking her further but I would watch it and hope while she's in. Mum does anyway

 

She looked and sounded really good. I would be sorry if she didn't make it when you compare her with some of them. Sue

None of the web sites from Darius' management are up yet so who knows what will have happened by the time they are ready. Avril's playing the new album though

Feeling more positive than for quite some time.

 

With Darius UK based, it seems likely that we may actually get news of things which people might want to catch from now on and be able to post the info.

 

So I was wondering whether it might be a good idea to unpin the top few threads and start them again with just the relevant links, info. For example so many of the videos have gone on, come off, gone on again that it's quite off putting to plow through the thread.

 

Megham, I was on the News and Archive page and trying to play a few of the videos using the arrows but it didn't work for me. I could get neither the next one nor the preceding one to come up. Perhaps it's just my browser at fault agin.

They play for me but you have to press the centre of the next video to get it to work - it isn't automatic that it starts
