It seems my rubbish internet connection has reached my upload/download limit for this month. Very annoying as I very rarely upload/download anything.

I've just returned home from a pub quiz at my local....good laugh, good company, loads of fun :D

I just changed to Tesco broadband and phone yesterday - will see how it is.

I'm off travelling again - Bristol today, Nottingham tomorrow.

Now if only you could have talked Darius in doing a gig at each place you have to visit, it could have been excellent. Which has she liked best so far?

 

If only I knew when my month starts, I'd know when I could use the broadband properly again.

A really big magpie dive bombed into the kitchen window last night. It sort of just dropped out of the sky and the bang as it hit the window was really loud. It bounced off and landed in some bushes underneath but fell out of those and hid behind a large fern. I thought it must have hurt itself but I think it must just have been stunned because after about half an hour it managed to fly away.(and the window was ok as well) Sue

On the coach back from Bristol, which she liked and I liked better than Edinburgh (and not because of the distance). Will see what we think of Nottingham tomorrow.

Must have been quite a shock to hear the magpie bang on your window

 

We only have 2gb. Even keeping files to their smallest size, it doesn't take long to get through.

Lost my PC connection today.....now back faster, thank goodness. Been horribly slow lately.

I think we're going to have to go for something faster and bigger.

2 gig isn't much at all - Tesco is unlimited and we've just changed. so far so good.

I'll have to do something - this is just impossible. When we were with ntl, it was unlimited - goodness knows when Virgin changed that.

Just spent a while trying to find and catch a male greater stag beetle that was flying around the bedroom. Then it crashed down the back of some shelves. When I finally found it, I couldn't take a photo as it climbed over my camera as I was trying to focus on it. Lovely creatures.

That was the big thing flying around when I stopped talking to you. Getting it was a problem. I ended up going to bed at 1am

I've been having problems with the computer again, but I hope son-in-law has fixed it.....seems OK at the moment.
