Posted April 4, 201015 yr http://i48.tinypic.com/2dtzkly.jpg Evening all! Time for this week's chart compiled, as usual from sales, airplay and multichart data. Can Gaga and Beyonce hold on to Number 1 or will Cheryl or Scouting For Girls take over? It's time for this week's brand new chart! Asterisks are bullets, for songs increasing in points and generally on their way "up" the chart. This week / Last week / Artist - Title (Peak) (Weeks) 1 1 LADY GAGA Feat. Rihanna and Cheryl Cole swap places from last week due to strong airplay and multichart, whereas this week's sales number one from Scouting For Girls, who are our highest climber, up 23 places. The rest of the top 20 has just had a gentle reshuffle this week, apart from the highest new entry at #14, Plan B and She Said, that hasn't fully picked up on airplay, and less so on multichart yet, and Usher's OMG, up 14 places to #17 despite no airplay at all yet. Outside the top 20, our second highest new entry is in at #23, 90s Christian rockers Delirious? with a track that was hyped into the top 5 by Facebook users for easter. Of course, that hasn't worked so well here, because they couldn't buy it into the airplay or multicharts. If only this was the official chart, eh? Another new entry comes from Timbaland and Justin Timberlake that gets his second Hot 40 hit (the first being Ciara last April. Joshua Radin's 2008 US hit climbs into the top 30 on airplay ahead of it's sales release on Monday. Florence And The Machine climbs the same number of places with You've Got The Love, but with no bullet to be had, and they also return with Dog Days Are Over at #36. Both moving up five places are Kate Nash at #32, and 3OH!3, ironically at #33. Further new entries come from Sophie Ellis-Bextor getting her first Hot 40 hit at #35, Alex Gardner at #37 who's not mad, but Buzzjack are mad for him, getting into the top 40 based on sales and multichart, and the fourth top 40 multichart hit for Alexandra Burke at #40. Ke$ha is also back at #38 with Tik Tok after a sales and airplay boost. Hope you enjoyed the chart, and Peter will be back next week! Have a good week everyone :)
