Which of the two studio album is the better, my daughter is really starting to become a fan now, she especially loves ego, up and i just cant get enough, i told her i will buy her a saturdays album so which one do you think my 8 year old daughter will like the best?

You should buy Wordshaker tbh. God knows, it needs all the extra sales it can get :P

 

Both albums are fairly on par with each other i'd say but if forced to choose i'd rank Wordshaker slightly above Chasing Lights.

'Wordshaker' is by farrrrr my favourite Sats album. Although 'Chasing Lights' is still a great album. Wait for a couple of weeks Pete, I'm pretty sure it won't be long until 'Wordshaker' joins 'Chasing Lights' in the "2 for £10" offer at HMV

well I'm quite balanced really, 'chasing lights' has it's standouts, such as 'up', 'fall', 'keep her', etc but I'd probably go with 'wordshaker' as it's got more instant songs that are catchy on first listen. 'ego', 'lose control', 'open up'. even 'deeper' and 'no one' although they are growers.

In a way i dont wana buy her wordshaker as i gave a feeling i will just buy it and a deluxe version will be released.

8 year old daughter will prefer Wordshaker. Open Up, Ego, Lose Control, Wordshaker and 2am are pretty fun pop songs.

 

Chasing Lights is more serious and more "older" sounding.

I'd chose CL over W.

Wordshaker.

It's more solid album, and it has more songs that I love.

No One, Here Standing, Denial, Not Good Enough, Forever Is Over, One Shot, and Deeper are my faves now.

Open Up also grows on me.

Buy Chasing Lights as it is there first album, then wait for the Wordshaker re-release and buy her that as well! Can never be too generous ;)

Chasing Lights is the better album IMO.

Maybe chasing lights deluxe is the best for my daughter to start with.

Both are fab albums in their own right but had to go for Wordshaker :)

wordshaker from the vote seems the clear favourite of the two.

Chasing Lights flows way better. Wordshaker is like fifteen b-sides thrown together.

Im actually going to buy chasing lights fdeluxe for my daughter, ive taking the comments more into account than the votes, and i downloaded ego as my daughter adores the song, if she is really happy with chaisng lights i will buy wordshaker but will wait incase a deluxe version is released,
