Actually you're right. Oh well, maybe this will be Friday's episode - Sam wakes up in the morning and remembers she left her baby in the fire!

LOL. No, that would be too wonderful.

As if such good luck would ever be granted to Sam!

Sam's baby wasn't upstairs - she told Stacey on Tuesday that she was with Ronnie, Jack and Amy. ;)

I repeat what most people said though, brilliant episode and I was so scared for Stacey and Lily! I also agree with Jark about Peggy shrieking being inhuman lel.

I am disgusted and ashamed to say, I have iPlayered the matter and Theo is correct :( APOLS
Peggy's screaming was right on point. I didn't know Babs still had it in her. "THAT'S MY PUB!" just fabulous.
Last night's episode was just epic! Steve's acting was amazing, loved how Zaniab stayed inside the fire to save Syed. Looking forward to tonight's episode very much, as well as the 20 minute special for Bab after.

Absolutely huge spoiler regarding the aftermath of the fire...

Tracey accepts a job working for Ian at the caf/chippy! I wonder if this means the end of Marie? So many questions!

FOR SERIOUS? OH MY DAYS, PERHAPS SHE'LL GET MORE LINES!

I'm sure she won't. Does Marie ever speak? It will just be her usual 'of course you can' nod to someone asking for a full English instead of a pint.

Yeah, but, she has to speak to accept the job!!

Wow. Talk about emotional.

I have to say I think Babs did a terrific job tonight which more than made up for her performance last night.

I agree with you there Jark, that was so emotional, had tears in my eyes for the last ten minutes!

It was another brilliant episode, and I think it was a great way for Babs to leave the show.

My sister was in tears!!

I wonder if Ian Beale will get a send off like that when he leaves.

:P

Loving the Kat & Alfie promo.

:D

"GET OUT OF MY PUB"

I'm going to miss Babs she was the life and soul of Eastenders, great final episode from her. Going to miss all Love/hate relationships with Pat. Pat's character seems redundant without her now, not many of the oldies left, I can see Pat leaving in the next 12/18 months. And there will be time up for a Dot farewell sadly :snif:

Looking forward to Kat and Aflie coming back :D

Awful trailer but I am SO SO SO looking forward to the Moons being back!

That was so emotional :( It's not often I get emotional over a TV programme but there were several moments in the last 10 minutes where, if my flatmate were to come into the room and switch the light, I wouldve been a TAD embarrassed at my state. I loved it - so understated but done so well! And all of those memories you heard in the Vic and the special show just after make you realise what a big part of the show she was! Sad sad.

I feel so emotional. Peggy is one of my favourites on the show. It was good to see the toned side of Peggy in this episode.

On different note, I can't wait see Alfie and Kat back on the square. It's obvious they are next landlords of the pub.
